Ryan is disrespectful store manger not helpful at all very rude customers!!!!! I went to another AT&T store and was so helpful and answered all the questions. He lied to me about my account saying they weren’t a lot to pull up the phone account that didn’t do the right thing to change the information. Which I was on the phone account. The whole time Ryan just refused to help and was disrepectfu and spoke vulgar words to me in front of my son and that upset him very muchl. I went to the AT&T store they greeted me very nicely and helped and they were able to pull up my information right away and walked within 20 mins later with a new phone and they explained everything very well I will not go to Epps bridge agian I would advice yall not to Ryan should not be store manger! Nor work there he is very rude to customers and won’t go out of his way to help! Go alps yall it’s very good.

Many of us waited at least 2 to 3 hours!!
I waited 3.5 hours!!
Just for them to tell me they couldn't do much i had to call in!! What the heck!
What's the point of having customer service reps if they are SO LIMITED!!??

I waited here for 3 hours to be seen. When I walked in no one acknowledged the line of people at the front for a good 10 minutes. I was finally put on the wait list and told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. At the 2 1/2 hours mark someone came late for an appointment they had missed, and the manager put them on the waiting list as the next to be called even though there appointment was at 5:30 and I had been there since 3:15. When I spoke to him about this he was very defensive and unapologetic.
When I finally got seen by Devisha M I mentioned to her that I had been there for 3 hours and she told me that was “impossible”. I told her it wasn’t impossible, to which she told me they were short staffed and what did I want her to do about it. I told her I knew it wasn’t her fault, but it was still frustrating. She tried to argue further but I just wanted to get my phone and be on my way. All any of the employees had to say was “I’m so sorry for your wait. That must have been frustrating.” I know it’s obviously not their fault, but don’t try to argue and get defensive with your customers when we are rightfully frustrated about waiting an hour and a half over the time we were told.
They of course didn’t have my phone. As I was leaving Devisha made sure to remind me that when I got a text to rate her performance in a few days that how long I waited wasn’t her fault, and should be only based on her performance. I’ll be sure to tell them.

Worst At&t store I've ever been to. The staff are slow and give out miss information regarding policies. They didn't know how to set up an android phone. Store smelled so bad, I'll never step foot in there again.

I would like to leave a negative review for AT&T. I went to the store to handle a service, but I was told it couldn’t be done in-store and that I had to use the website instead. However, my friend had just successfully completed the same service at this exact store. Additionally, when I walked in, no one helped with check-in or offered assistance. The entire process ended up wasting an hour of my time.
This experience was very frustrating, and I hope AT&T can improve their in-store service and communication to avoid such inconsistencies in the future.

I had a disappointing experience last Thursday at this store. I had made an appointment online, and when I arrived at 11:00, I walked in, and not one of the three employees greeted me. All 7 people waiting looked sad and discouraged. I asked "Jo" who was sitting on the bench closest to me what was happening. She said, "Who knows?" Right then the female employee, aka "T" sitting with two customers yelled out "It's an hour wait right now. We are behind." I jokingly said, " I am glad I made an appointment so I won't have to wait that hour! I said, "I am ready to be waited on, with a big smile and walked to the center of the store. And then that hateful woman started in on me... "You can't come in here and think you can be waited on when all these others are in front of you, we are not stopping to wait on you." I then said, what is the point of making an appointment if you do not honor it???" Her triad lasted 3-4 minutes and when she took a breath, I said, I do not need to be lectured". And then she let me have it again with all of the excuses on why they were behind. I had already stopped listening She was bullying, abrasive, and insulting. When she was done making a fool out of herself in front of everyone and embarrassing me, she stated -" I am not going to talk to you again". I stood awkwardly in the middle of the floor for 20 minutes. Neither of the two other workers offered to help me. One employee was working with two tables of people. The other with the black scarf man was working with an older couple. He kept looking up but did nothing to help my situation.
Finally, at 11:28 she stood up and asked my name to put at #1 in the queue. Then she walked away and helped another woman. At 11:38, three other employees came in and one older Hispanic man looked at the board. i walked up to him and said, "I am next and asked if he could help me. I told him I had another appointment at noon and needed a new glass top for my phone since mine had cracked. I explained I had been to the store at Alps Rd and they needed to have my phone size there. He went and got it immediately and it took 7 minutes to put it on. I paid and left.
Edwin the manager was not there that day. I called the store 3 different times on Friday and no one answered. I am incensed that I have to give this store a 1 rating. In reality, it's a 0.

DO NOT TRUST THE AGENTS. I set up new service with their First Net program at the Snellville location during the summer to save money from T-Mobile. The agent, MeMe (Melinda B), seemed very knowledgeable and helpful and set me up with a phone, watch, and tablet. She assured me throughout the experience my cost for getting all three items would not increase my monthly bill under the Triple Play promotion. She also told me I could cancel the lines of service in December and save additional money monthly. She lied. I will now be paying an additional $42/mo on the devices for 36 months (locked in contract) and if I cancel the lines of service early, I will have to pay the full amount of the devices in full. She completely omitted the device monthly costs when she gave me my monthly estimate, and she flat out lied about canceling the lines of service. She has since been promoted to the Athens location. I went to the Snellville branch and was told that agents “lie and tell half-truths all the time to get the sale and their commissions.” Both the branch and AT&T Loyalty’s Dept would not do anything to help. Do not trust these people.

No one helped me when I walked in. Left after waiting 20 minutes to try buying a phone case.
The associate asked me to tell another associate to bring the iPad up to check me out. I did that and the associate just ignored me instead of bringing the iPad up so I could check out.

I went there 4 1/2 years ago and dreaded how long I thought it would take (full experience had been 2 1/2 hours then) - and it was a breeze! Didn't wait long for service, Everett was super helpful - quickly accessed my account, compared pricing for me on a few things (plus great advice), set up everything for me including transferring info from old to new phone, and answered some other AT&T questions I had (like AT&T fiber not available in my neighborhood and other options). Extremely satisfied and confident about my effortless purchase!
