Chris and Zach are PHENOMENAL!!! I was stranded in the snow storm. And they went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road!!! They were very kind, patient and understanding!!!! The world needs more people like them!!! As a woman it’s scary being stranded but I’m forever grateful for Chris and Zach!!!! May God forever bless them🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

The people who work here are so so helpful. They did not even have to, but they all willingly wanted to help me change my flat tire that I frantically rolled up with. They knew exactly what they were doing and found the correct parts that went with my car. I 100% recommend. Awesome people and awesome service

As a new driver (who just purchased a car used) I wanted to panic and cry when my battery kept dying, and i’m so thankful i drove to my nearest autozone. i asked the first employee i saw if he could help me with my battery ~
(im so sorry i cant remember if it was charles or chris but you’re amazing)
Chris helped me and was honestly a very calming and kind presence. Made it seem like no big deal, and I felt really reassured. Turns out he was the store owner !!! Amazing guy, i am now a loyal autozone customer.
Its also reassuring to know I have a place I feel safe to get things done for my car. Im in Athens for college, and home is not near. If anything happens I will be at Chris’ autozone ~~~

I needed a new car battery this morning, and the staff was so helpful. The manager (Clifton, I think) was so kind and walked me through everything and put the battery in my car. I was so impressed and grateful for the help.

Just had to get a new battery for my car today (which was quite the little puzzle to remove and install!) and I wanted to give store manager Chris a shoutout for his awesome attitude & friendly service. This morning when my daughter called me to tell me her car was slow to start my heart sank. Normally I would have brought it into our shop and changed it out but she is 3 hours away at college. I reached out to Autozone and they assured me it would not be an issue. My daughter showed up and was greeted by Andrew J. and just asked him to talk to her dad. I explained what was going on and he offered to check her battery and confirmed it was bad. I asked him to install a battery and asked her to call me before she left. I was surprised when she called in less than 20 mins and told me she was on her way. In reality I wasn't needed because Andrew went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of.
