They are very attentive to our 3 pups. Well trained staff always does good work. My only complaint is I wish their charges were better detailed and itemized.

I have taken Rigsby to Bark Dog Spa for almost 2 years. He is groomed and bathed regularly (like every 4 weeks so that’s a lot of grooms and baths) and we love what they do every time.
He smells great, he looks adorable, he feels good… but my favorite part is that he absolutely loves it there. The people who work at Bark Dog Spa are highly skilled and we have never received a groom we didn’t absolutely love, but they love my dog so well. He literally runs in the door and is so happy to see them. And that makes me feel so good about their service.
Oh! And he’s never there all day which is also amazing and wonderful! He is a doodle with lots to wash and dry, and they are always calling me to let me know he’s done before I know it.
A lot of people are really great at grooming dogs, but not everyone will make your dog love being groomed.Thank you to each of the girls who has worked on Rigsby! We appreciate that you bring your “A” game and lots of love every time we see you. Thank you for making it an easy place to bring my dog child! We love you! Bark Dog Spa for Life!

They do an ok job. But my dog has gotten incredibly upset when we have dropped her off for the past 3 visits. Prior to these visits she was ok. And the other dogs being checked in are shaking and whimpering. Our doggies can’t speak but their behavior speaks loudly. I’m glad I finally listened. We will never take our precious little girl there again!!!

Owner, Connie Carey and I can’t say enough about the grooming. Very experienced, professional but yet very friendly!!! Also they do not keep your fur baby there all day!! I highly recommend!!!!!

This star rating is a reflection of the manager who had a terrible attitude. I brought my dog here for the first time, and the bath package includes a nail cutting, but they said they were not able to cut his nails because he was being aggressive. Even though I regularly get his nails cut and have never been told that he is too aggressive to cut his nails, In understand if he was being aggressive with them then they cannot complete the service but asked them if they would decrease the price since they were not able to do all of the services included in the package. They explained that because they attempted to do the service they would not decrease the price, which is fine and acceptable, but it certainly did not need to be explained in such a disgusting manner. I will never take my dog back there simply because the manager is so RUDE.

They always do a really good job on my dog! I highly recommend. I see complaints about the pricing, but their prices are very equal to other grooming services in the area. Highly trustworthy with your pet!
