Young lady at the office ALWAYS greets me with a smile!!Sad thing I can never remember her name?Nevertheless I would highly recommend these guys for your storage needs!Last thing I was hospitalized last year and got behind..wasn't thinking about my bills!!The young lady understood when my girlfriend called in to pay my bill.She didn't even penalize me with late fees!!These guys are awesome! So I'm giving them ten stars!Oh by the way they also have rental properties!

I was misled to believe that should I vacate my unit in the middle of the month, I would only have to pay for the days I needed the unit. This is completely FALSE. If you need your storage unit ANY day over the first of the month, you are forced to pay rent for the ENTIRE month. Also, no big surprise but the unit I received was very dirty. I had to sweep/clean it before I felt comfortable leaving my furniture there. And the icing on the cake... when I signed up for the unit and tried to pay with a credit card, I was told there would be a five dollar "convenience fee" tacked on to the bill. This is completely illegal as no independent business can make up a fee for using a credit card. I called my credit card company to report Athens Self Storage. I highly recommend trying somewhere else.
