Towed my car with me standing there as they said there's nothing they can do. I was visiting my daughter and parked less than 10 minutes in a parking lot that had PLENTY of spaces open. They were out to get money at anyone's expense. Bad luck on my part- as soon as I parked apparently 3 tow trucks were there like vultures trying to make some money They first told me I needed $130 cash on site for them to not take my car. They wouldn't wait for me to grab the cash and then when I got to their lot, they charged me $290 and also required cash. What a scam. So sad that people can be so heartless...

Woman at the front desk shouldn’t be answering phone calls, very rude, not sure if she doesn’t have the brain cells to know that she’s at work and needs to be polite or doesn’t care. Please don’t use this company and support bad people getting paid

They do the towing for my apt complex, but wouldn’t come to tow a car blocking my apartment entrance because “only mgmt can call for towing”. Tried to explain I can’t get ahold of them because it’s closed, but the rude lady just kept saying the same thing over and over. When I did get ahold of my complex they said that wasn’t true and I COULD tow if need be. Sounded like she was shoving her face with sandwich and wasn’t giving me the time of day. Now I have to wait until next weekend to move my furniture. Utterly useless

I would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to charge me more than they were supposed to,I just laughed about it and they all started yelling at me these three women were so unprofessional and clearly they all were in a bad mood.Service: Car towing

0 if I could. The dispatch lady tricked me and said flat rate $75. When driver arrives, he said 50 more for winch. Dispatch didn't tell me that, so I declined service, and they kept my $75. Greedy, snotty lady she is. Don't care about people, just money.Yall forgot to thank me for my honest review! Lol

My daughter was north of Athens when her car decided to break down. It was Easter Sunday at 5pm. We live 3 hours away and do not know anything about the Athens area as far as repair shops etc. I started calling tow trucks closest to her location, one didn't answer, one said it would be 10 pm before someone could get there. Barrett's said be there in about 30 minutes. It actually took a little longer but it was a holiday weekend. The guy running the tow truck called me to get the location and so I would have his number. They were very nice when they arrived and they waited for my daughter's friend to pick her up. They delivered my car to a nearby dealership and must have filled out paperwork for me because the service center at the dealer called me the next morning to ask about the car. I hope I never need another tow but I would definitely recommend Barrett's.Service: Car towing

The car dealership hooked this tow up for me. They arrived within an hour, backed their huge truck down my very narrow and crooked driveway, and loaded my car quickly. I rode to the dealership and the driver was pleasant.

POOR SERVICE or should i say, NO SERVICE!!Okay so i was set up with this towing company through Carmax. My surveillance cameras showed they were outside so i decided to come out the house and meet them at the car. (Left phone inside) The truck backed in, Sat for a few minutes while i stood there waiting freezing my butt off. No one never peaked out or attempted to get out. I have a newborn in the house so i decided to walk back inside thinking the driver will knock if he needs me. HE PULLED OFF!!!!!. i called the company and the woman that answered said they were calling my phone. ma'am i was standing with my car! seriously!. she advised me to start a new claim. i did a new claim with Carmax. and was dispatched to a different TOW Thank GOD!.
