Great story! The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and even meet you at the door with a basket. They make themselves available to answer any questions you have about a product and are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about their products. Because of this the store is ALWAYS packed so be prepared to stand in line at the register. They have a LOT of sales and you'll be told about the best deals as you come in which makes saving cash and getting great products at the same time a breeze. I! Definitely! Recommend! This! Store!

Came on here to leave a review about the level of rudeness that I experienced yesterday evening in this location, and I see it's a running theme at this location... I was not greeted whatsoever while other customers were overly greeted, then to top it off, I heard one associate (assuming she's the manager others have mentioned) tell the other one to "watch that lady with the chest tattoo" ???Literally unacceptable

price check at register some of the sale prices they can be cheaper than expected, plan ahead for gifts, buy in sale dates will save you money. Read all your fine print in cupons.

I'm excited to have a new Bath & Body Works in a more convenient location where I shop more frequently in Athens. This is going to make hitting sales and getting gifts so much easier for me than it was, because I usually didn't need to do any errands in the mall or around Alps Road. Good move!
After visiting on opening day, I would have to say staff definitely needs to work on greeting and asking all customers if they need assistance. No one greeted me. The employee who was stocking items by the door did not even look at me when I walked in. I brushed it off as being opening day quirks, but I soon felt like it was because I had my children with me, because everyone else who walked in after me was greeted and told what the sales were. I had to walk around asking people for help, but they did help me find what I needed and answered my questions. Check out went smoothly.
The store is pretty big, and as in all BBW, was immaculately organized and clean.

Went to shop at the new store in Watkinsville. It was a pleasure to be at the new location. However, the shorter manager was pretty rude. All other associates were pleasant and very helpful. I spend about $500 in the store and can say it was an overall great visit, minus one interaction with the manager mentioned above. Please be more helpful and not judgemental of customers. We want to feel welcomed and we will continue to shop in your store.
