Arrived at store at 3:50 Sunday afternoon. We were going to purchase 2 batteries but were told at 3:55 that they could not take cash. They had closed the cash drawer and could only take credit cards. She said we close at 4. I said I realized that, but it is 3:55, not 4.

Service has gone down hill! High prices and poor service. Very disappointed this purchase.
The battery purchased last year has died. Was put on a smart charger weekly when not in use.
Sales person of new battery said the batteries plus battery was incorrect size/amperage.

I would have given 0 stars if possible! I paid $135 for a motorcycle battery, when trying to install the battery I dropped one of the battery cable terminal nuts and couldn't retrieve it, as it fell into a tight spot under the battery compartment! I called back to the store and asked if I could somehow get a replacement, the lady that sold me the battery was terrible and didn't seem to care, she said they didn't have any spare hardware and I was just basically SOL....I'll find what I need somewhere else! Thanks for nothing!!

Made appointment for battery change in 2 iPhones. Was told by store manager they had stock of correct batteries. 5 hours later they returned 2 destroyed iPhones‼️ AT&T said they cut the wrong wires!
Technician handed my wife an iPhone he insisted was hers! Turns out it was not. Not real trustworthy people😒

I had an wonderful experience at this Batteries Plus location in Athens GA. All the staff were welcoming. Dominick provided above 5 star service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products!! I ended up buying the X2 Power 1500 auto jump starter. I'm very satisfied with this product, its lightweight and super powerful!!

What a nightmare trying to buy five batteries on national account. The one girl was absolutely clueless and the other had the worse attitude. I won’t be buying from this location again. The only location I’ve ever had an issue. This was on 1/8/25
