I don’t usually write reviews BUT I went in today and I was looking for a headphone set for my boyfriend and had no idea what I was looking for but I asked an associate, Oscar, and he helped me find literally everything I needed. The store was super great and helpful. Oscar, specifically, even went out of his way to make sure I was fully happy with my experience and I appreciate that especially with the customer service in recent years. You don’t see that everyday! I have never had a good experience in Best Buy and I’m so so glad I went there.

Brooks was incredibly helpful! I gave him a spec sheet for the type of computer I needed for work & he ensured that I got exactly what was needed. He made a really dreadful task super easy for me.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced at a Best Buy. Literally all the employees walking around make eye contact and just keep walking instead of helping. It’s almost funny. 2 people so far said they would be right back and that was 10 minutes ago. Jacob needs a serious attitude adjustment. I will say the gentleman cashier who checked me out was outstanding and very informative

We stopped in to get an SD card for my daughter's new camera. We wanted to make sure we got the correct one, but they were so busy, every employee was with a customer. We waited patiently but another customer that had not been helped yet became angry and made some ugly comments. Worker Lee politely excused himself from his customer, calmed the irate gentleman, called for another worker to come help him, and then showed us the correct SD card. He remained so calm & poised, while helping 3 different customers! Kudos Lee!

So I checked online and the laptop I wanted wasn't in stock but a similiar model was according to the website. Except it wasn't or the employees couldn't find it in the store. The sales associate looked around for 30 minutes and couldn't find the laptop which should have been there. Why go to a physical store if they don't even have what they say they do?

The store is very understaffed resulting in terrible customer service. For this to be the week after Christmas, you would think management would overstaff the store just to play it safe, but the manager Megan did just the opposite. The manager, Megan is a waste of a title, she couldn't help me, but made sure to help others that didn't look like me, I asked her for help 2x and was basically told no both times. Out of all the staff I encountered, Mike was the most helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my purchase decision and even helped me get the items in the car.
