Room was dirty when i got it. And when i said something the guy at the front desk said “it’s not a big deal” i couldn’t use the bathtub it was full of caulk and dirt. There was caulk on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The guy only sweept the bathtub out because “thats all he can do” and left dirt all in the bathtub and on the floor.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive from start to finish. The room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for.
Easily the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I actually woke up feeling rested, which never happens when I travel.
Truly a great experience. I’ll be recommending this place and definitely coming back.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the experience we had during our recent stay. As the parent of a child with special needs, traveling is rarely easy. There are so many variables that can go wrong.
But this hotel was different. From the moment we arrived, your team made us feel welcome. Not just tolerated—welcomed. Every person we interacted with showed patience, kindness, and genuine care. No one looked twice when we needed a little extra time or space. That level of understanding is rare, and deeply appreciated.
Our room was immaculate. I didn’t have to wipe things down myself or second-guess using the bathroom or linens. That peace of mind is huge.
And the mattress—I know it might sound strange to fixate on a mattress, but it was truly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on.
Thank you for creating a space where families like mine can feel safe, respected, and taken care of. We will absolutely be back—and I’ll be telling every parent I know.

We made reservations over a week ago for a King bed, when we got there they had us down for double Queens. They said they would change to King. Anyway, the bathroom toilet looked nasty and hadn't been cleaned and there was mildew around the grab bar of the shower. There was no soap and the hand towels didn't look fresh. The top sheet on the bed didn't look clean there was hair on it. I called to the front desk and when I mentioned about the toilet he wanted to know what part of the toilet needed to be cleaned. I thought that was a crazy question. We started looking at reviews and several people said there were bed bugs recently and others that had nasty rooms that when they were given another room it was either worse or no better. We turned the key in and the front desk clerk asked what was wrong and when I told him that the room wasn't acceptable and we were not staying he just said thank you.

Room had items from the previous residents in it. Had the new tower booked but was moved to the old outside rooms. One of the rooms next to mine you could see was filled with bugs and has not been cleaned in a long time. Would absolutely not recommend staying here.

We made reservations and requested upper floor (anything above 1st floor and was noted in the reservation). Upon check-in, we were given a room on ground floor. I kindly mentioned that the room was not as we requested in the reservation. The front desk was slightly frazzled (3 ppl including myself have been waiting at the front desk for a while) and said they were full. Didn’t feel like arguing as we’ve been driving all day and just wanted to rest.
When we walked to our room, it was not just on the ground floor but our room was located behind the front hotel building with the room door facing the parking lot (didn’t feel safe for 2 women). The room itself was very old, floor was sticky, hair dryer was taped up with electrical tape, given 2 towels that had old stain, hairs in the shower etc.
For almost $170, this BW is not worth the money. The pictures posted are rooms that are probably in the main front hotel. If you must stay here, make sure your room is on the main front building.

We were never sent a review for this hotwl stay which we get every time from BW. 1st morning: we arrived at 8:30 fot breakfast. 90% had been removed. Person was mopping floor around us. Bkfast to be served until 9. Had cereal, but was out of milk. This hotel was to provide a full hot breakfast.
Next morning, no breakfast attendant. Walked 1/2 mike , bought 2 bkfadt bagels, 1 coffee, 1 OK for $26+ Mgr a t front desk said trouble with MonTues breakfast person. Wed: leftovers from Monday. Paid for full breakfast fir 3 days. Never recd, no compensation. No apology. Athens GA. Guess students gone, no worries. Pd for 3 bkfast x2 bever recieved. No survey sent to review property.
Conclusion. Plan to pay extra for breakfast on your own. Doesn't happen in Athens.

Bed bugs beware!!! I stayed at this hotel earlier in the week and as I was leaving the room to check out, I noticed a small bug on top of the comforter. I didn’t think anything of it as I was rushing to head out. 3 days later I have tons of bed bug bite marks on my arms, legs, and neck. Do not stay at here!

Well, if you leave nearby, do not book there. They'll cancel your reservation without explanation. Apparently, you'll get approved based on your zip code. I didn't know that was a thing. And no phone call nor an email to prevent you from wasting your time. There should be a warning.

My first room had a clogged toilet (before I arrived). Moved to a second room which was better. Both rooms smelled musty and the sheets were stained. The staff member that helped me was nice, helpful, and understanding.
