This store is not for there customers I bought a 50 dollar coat and it had a hole in it these people will not exchange the product even with the receipt, Bad business bad customer service I wish nobody would shop at this store there Trash TJ MAXX N MARSHALS IS BETTER THEN THIS STORE

No matter what day, or time of day, you attempt to shop here... there will be just one register open. The person unfortunate enough to be operating this singular point of purchase will have ZERO motivation, patience or enthusiasm. And why would they? The managers and admins at this location are generally lazy, unprofessional and unqualified to try harder, apparently.

I just want to start out by saying I love Burlington.. I was in the Athens location on 2/29 and was very disappointed… Store was a total wreck.. Their was so many shopping carts at the back of the store with what looked like return items that need to be restocked that you could not even access the isles… Area Rug isle was no shoppable at all… This place needs a revamp bad…
