We had been good tenants for two years and had no problems with Hamilton until we had a particular maintenance issue. Hamilton fixed the issue but falsely claimed we were in violation of our lease so they could stick us with the repair bill.

I have had the best experience with C. Hamilton and Associates. They stayed in constant contact with me and we're very patient with my every question. I am very happy with the residence I have. I haven't had any problems and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to live.
