Place a mobile order for a 30 count nugget which was $18.46 I was using a gift card that had $20.00 on it… I wanted to add fries as well but the app will not allow split payment when using a gift card.. so I simply decide to add the fries on when I get there.. somehow between the first guy who “confirmed” my order and the rude cashier at the window.. my order has now “disappeared ” the manger tells me to replace my order so I won’t get charged twice.. so I as I go to replace it on my mobile app I notice my gift card balance is at 0.00 so they took my money from the gift cards but then told me I had to PAY AGAIN at the window since they couldn’t find it in there system. For this establishment to “thrive” on customer service the cashier was rude and not helpful and the manager seemed like she could care less.

I ordered door dash, the sticker wasn’t touched but a sandwhich was missing. I spoke to the manager on duty today. She said she verified the order before the sticker was placed.. but it wasn’t moved. Told me to take it up with door dash not her problem. I don’t expect this treatment from a Chick-fil-A. This is McDonald attitude. I ordered food for my neurology office. Will not be giving this location any more service. Disappointing. Rude staff.

I have ordered via the app for pick up several times at this location, with my last time being a little over a year ago. Everytime previously was good. However today the food was barely warm, it tasted sort of old and I was disappointed with the quality considering the amount I spent on extra items. I didn't wait but maybe 5-10 mins before going in for pick up. Disappointed the quality is down :(.

I ordered 3 large meals. None of my sauces were in the bag. One of the sandwiches were missing and one of drinks and nuggets missing! This after the server repeated the order back to me. The also stuff everything in 1 bag and fries fell in inside. Chik Fil A used to be top tier in service and getting orders correct. My last few orders have been bad

This five stars goes out to Melinda. I have had many issues over the years with this location and today I finally got fed up and complained on the app because I could not call at the time. Melinda called me with huge apologies and understanding. That is all I ever wanted. She did not make excuses or just try and give me free items to shut me up (she did however give me a free salad). We need more people like Melinda in customer service. She made my day. Thank you Melinda :)

The manager had 2 young ladies standing in the cold rain to take orders. The line wasn't even backed up and they were not that busy. When I talked to him he said it was policy. So this company does not care about their associates only their bottom line. I've never been a fan of their food or politics but now I see what they think of their employees.

I've always been a huge Chick-fil-A fan so it was an easy decision to rate this location as well. I especially love the new "mobile thru" option that allows you to skip straight through most of the drive through traffic when you order online.
