You asked I call you at your toll free number and didn't leave an extension. Said there were 16 callers ahead of me. I don't have that time to wait!
Went to store today and their where at least 4 women working in the small store. NOT ONCE was I offered any assistance or even greeted. They were too busy chatting amost themselves. What happened to customer service?

Chicos has the drabbest clothing ever even for an old woman. I would never waste my money on such dull stylish clothes. I wouldn’t buy this stuff at the Goodwill. No wonder you see any of there stores around.

This company is horrible. Investors have lost over 80% of their money over the last 4 and half years in Chicos stock. The stock has dropped from a high of around $18 to a low around $3 this past week. Chicos nears bankruptcy every couple years. In a few years it'll be clothing from a non existent company.

Do not shop at Chicos. It is poorly run company with poor clothing. I worked in the distribution warehouse for 9 years. The jeans fade easily upon dry cleaning. Th jewelry falls apart easily. The company treats employees like cattle expecting them to come at different times from 5 am to 10 am with less than 2 hours notice. The company has no consideration for employees at all. Chicos does not provide employee with appropriate supplies or personnel to do their job. I was dismissed after 9 years of work without any sound explanation.
