This is why I'm rating this place one star. I had the bean burger, which was SO dry that I could have probably died from it if it wasn't for my good friend water. And my mom got a buffalo chicken wrap and gave her canned slimy chicken. The workers weren't that nice but weren't that mean. But the place could have had better lighting and better clean tables. I do NOT recommend.

Outstanding, healthy food at an affordable price that is calorie conscious and flavorful. This place serves as both a restaurant and a meal prep pick up place. They have several meal plans available to choose from and you can pre-order it check out their freezer and buy when you get there! Excellent service and immaculate dining area.

I’ve been multiple times, I love the watch your waistline wrap and sweet potato fries. I’ve also tried the energy bites, fudge, dessert bars, and protein popcorn…..all were very delicious! My favorite so far is the meal prep option. I’ve been trying to do so at home and honestly go burned out. So I ordered the meal plan. I loved all of the options, there was only one dish that just wasn’t that tasty to me personally. I will for sure be doing the meal prep option again soon!Kid-friendliness: My kids love eating the meals with me and the dessert bars! They think they’re tasty.

Tried CE for the first time two days ago & went back today! Definitely worth the try , friendly staff & fresh food! Grilled chicken flatbread & wrap was good!Tropical Mango drink & sweet potato fries are a must .

I get there at 7pm and they're closed. Who closes at freakin 7pm?! It's dinner time! I haven't had the food. But you get 2 stars for dumb hours.

Got my Build Your Bowl….. yummmmmy Kale and quinoa with superfood salad, black bean burger sweet chili sauce and goddess.Never disappointed. Highly highly recommended.

First time eating here and my husband and I were not disappointed. We wanted something healthy after leaving the gym and far from the house. Nice staff and clean good food. We will be back!

I have mixed reviews on the food. I ordered the pesto chicken wrap. It was very bland; I was so disappointed. Everything was very fresh but there was not enough pesto in it. I do appreciate that it tasted very low in sodium, but you can still make a flavorful pesto without loads of salt and put more in the wrap. The sweet potato fries were yummy, but you don't get many. My mom gave me the green goddess dressing from her meal, but it may have been a dip because it was very thick. It was very flavorful but surprisingly overly salty. I think they need to work on consistency in their recipes.Staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean and quiet, including the restrooms.I would try it again. I'm grateful for places that are attempting to offer healthy, flavorful food that even people with special dietary needs can be comfortable in and find something they enjoy.If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up! Owner was very personable and welcoming. The philly flatbread was very flavorful. They served me the wrong side, but let me keep it and also brought me the side I ordered and extra PB. However, the buffalo blue cheese ranch chicken wrap had no trace whatsoever of a buffalo sauce flavor. Perhaps they forgot to add the sauce? Enjoyed both the flavors of vitamin water they had.

Quick and healthy options at a reasonable price. Staff is always incredibly polite! Enjoy my time everytime I eat here. I recommend the chicken pesto wrap.

We enjoy having a healthier place to go out to eat. All the food is fresh and cooked to order. The protein shakes are incredible! They also have meal plan options which are a great addition.

Today was such a fiasco. My wife ordered meals for me to be picked up with their meal plan. I arrive and they tell me they are not ready and that I’m on the wrong day.I buy $25 in food thinking we have nothing to eat.Call my wife, she sends an email showing the store person is wrong. They find my meal plan order and give me the food I was told I was too early for. I call the manager and they tell us to come by and speak to the owner for a coupon.We go buy and ask for an owner which we were told to do and she blames us for their computer problem and gives my wife attitude.Short story - horrible customer service, goofy owner not understanding that kindness goes further than foolishness, we won’t be back and they could have had weekly business with us. The food isn’t that great that you have to deal with sour personalities!
