Usually cornerstone is great, but I found recently that the sermons are based on politics and have a very clear political agenda, which causes division and confusion on the message of Jesus Christ, which is a disservice for all Christians. I give it to them that they are passionately about God, but unfortunately they are also passionate about politics and idolize political leaders.

Spirit filled and Spirit led. Jesus is here. Genuine pastor and family lead this church in the Spirit and love of Jesus. They really BELIEVE. Lots of opportunities for the youth and outreach. This community truly loves COMMUNITY and helping in any way they can. Proud to finically have found my church home after nearly 4 years of searching.

We are visiting for a gymnastics camp at UGA. A mom that I met at the camp and I decided to go to church this morning. What an awesome experience. I felt the move of the Spirit in the place. Everyone was so welcoming! Pastor Scott prached about miracles and how miracles are still taking place today. The scripture was John 2:1-8, Jesus turning water to wine at the wedding. For many people, they focus on the wine, but the true message is the transformation! Thank you, Jesus, for transformation! If you are Athens, GA, you should drop in for the Word of God. Definitely recommend.
