Went through to get a car wash, said they had a special for the monthly pass. So I got it. Car was clean enough. Next day it rained, had to use my rear windshield wiper, looked like something was on it. Masking tape, it was taped down. Took it by the car wash, said they have to do this. But you don't tell anyone! Wait it gets better! Well apparently it ripped my wiper when I turned it on. So I asked for a new wiper. Charged me for it, then the guy who put it on didn't know how. He's tugging on it and my entire SUV is rocking back and forth. I pulled it up on YouTube to show him. He gets it changed. I went to inspect it, make sure it's on. Now my entire arm with the wiper is loose, the notch it sits in stripped. So BEWARE!!

I have never publicly complained about poor businesses, but whatever has changed here has ruined this car wash! I've been a satisfied customer for 11 years here but the last time the service was awful. Today was my giving them a 2nd chance - much worse!!!!! There exists here an "I don't care" attitude, they are slower than Christmas, and when I asked to see a manager, the girl at the desk just disappeared for 15 minutes! Avoid this business!!!

As an Uber driver I've tried hundreds of car wash, this one was the worse. I gave two stars only for Vac was pretty good but I had to rewash the car after them.

Wait for Seldon to be working. Ask him to service your vehicle by himself and tip him well. I have the diamond service each time I go in and he does a fantastic job.

Not normally one to rant, but I've had it with this place so thought I'd let you all know. The place is under new ownership (Noah Park – Owner, and Jim Papp – GM) and the entire staff is full of incompetent jerks. So I took my car to what was formerly Crazy Ray's Car Wash. After an hour wait, I come outside to see that my driver-side mirror has been snapped (mauled?) off. The first words I hear are “Your mirror was loose so we tried to fix it and it broke off and this is not our responsibility.” Eventually a more competent employee and the weekend manager came over and said that they put my car through the automated car wash improperly and it was their fault. They couldn't fix the mirror so they told me to have it fixed and they would foot the bill.I drive my car off and notice that the speedometer isn't working and my car won't change gears. I get my car to the shop and call the weekend manager who apologized, stating that they had a lot of new staff and mechanics.I get my car fixed and call over and speak to the GM (Jim Papp) who was an absolute j**** He refused to pay for the speedometer problem (it came unplugged somehow – no telling what occurred) and said “We are doing you a favor by fixing your mirror.” Thanks for your generosity. My family and myself have had our vehicles serviced there for nigh on 10 years and suddenly I'm treated like scum on the earth. The formerly family-owned business model is out the window and the new owner is here to make money no matter the cost to the customer. Speaking around, I've heard of 2 other people who've had their mirrors taken off from the ill-maintained car wash. Jim Papp himself told me a woman had her car's outside lining taken off from the wash and they were refusing to pay.Thankfully I was reimbursed in full (minus the headache of having to bum rides for 3 days whilst my car was fixed) though the owner Noah Park took 30 minutes to write me a simple check when I showed up with an itemized receipt.TL,DR Car Wash under new management and staffed with unfriendly dolts who don't know how to service cars.

great value, quick and friendly service. BUT I asked for 5w20 oil before my oil change, since it is the only thing I have used in my vehicle, and the tech told me it doesnt matter because since my car has high mileage- I disagree and will not be returning, but still a good value for oil change and car wash if you want 10w30 oil.
