This is an updated review, still 5 stars though! I've been with cricket for 5+years now and I can say that I haven't been disappointed with the service ever! My phone always picks up service in the country and never drops a call. Hope they never change and keep providing awesome service!

I visited the Cricket store on Barnett Shoals Rd and there was a worker named Ashley that helped me and she was very kind and very helpful. She does an awesome job I’m giving 5 stars only because of Ashley. she really deserves it!

My family has been very happy with our Cricket Wireless plan for a couple of years now.When it came time to get a new phone, I went to the East Athens store for help. The mood in the store was very relaxing and low pressure, everyone was so friendly! My sales person was Julie, and she was very patient with my many basic questions ... she made sure I understood everything she was saying so that I could make a good purchase decision. Her expertise and strong customer service were very much appreciated!I came out with a new iPhone which was just the right phone for me.Thank you Julie and Cricket Wireless!tc

Kaitlyn and Julie were very helpful and informative, I would recommend anyone ready to switch services or start a new service, go to the Barnett Shoals location. They have a bilingual staff too.
