Go anywhere else! Easily 65% of the time I come to the unit I pay several hundred dollars a month for, something is broken, whether it's the front sliding doors (in ludicrously poor shape, just bump them lightly with the cart as you're going in or out and they come off the track and don't close) or one of the entry gates (one was just broken and unusable for like 3 weeks). Management is the most aggressively rude I have ever encountered across four storage companies in Georgia and South Carolina. They never answer the phone about security issues, they take forever to fix anything, and their terms of service don't even guarantee that they WILL keep the gates and doors in working order. Oh, and they jacked up the price without notifying me, as they've done to other customers here. Don't waste your money here.

Was so easy to sign up. Didn’t have to visit the office, was able to do it all online. The moving carts were very helpful. The cool air inside was wonderful. I will definitely use this facility again.

The associate was extremely helpful on the phone. Then we went to the website and reserved our spot. Really simple and we are glad to be storing our stuff with CubeSmart.

Needed to get my stuff out of my unit today they had a planned event to shut off power for the day and they failed to notify any tenant's. When I can get my stuff out I’m changing company’s. They have no parking for climate control it’s hard getting stuff in and out with the layers of security . It’s really just poorly laid out

The management here is HORRIBLE . The lady who runs the Athens office has the worst attitude . I’ve only been in the office 3 times and every time I’ve been offended by her tone and her demeanor ! She does not like to asked questions or for an explanation on anything .

Cubesmart was a five star, then a 3 star, but they have fallen to the ranks of 1 this evening.
They had a planned event to install solar panels. They did not notify the tenants and there was no access when we arrived to move. This was met with ‘you can show up tomorrow and speak to someone by Customer Service.’
Gosh, what if we had been locked inside? That means our things aren't even in climate control and what disappointing customer service.
