I'm using the storage location on Epps Bridge in Athens, Georgia for the second time. I'm pleased because the units are so clean. The facility is nice and modern. Jessica's customer service has been outstanding just as it was before. most of all, I feel like my items are safe and secure that releases a lot of headache and anxiety. Thanks again keep Cubesmart.

My best storage experience in Athens! The team at Cube Smart takes a hands on approach to ensure you are moved in on time and in the correct unit for your needs. Sarah was extremely helpful in providing support with timing and unit selection to ensure my needs were met at a fantastic price! Highly recommend!

I've been here for about a year, twice my bill has gone up $12 without warning or explanation. It started at $43/mo plus $12 for the insurance. Then $55/mo plus $12 for insurance. This month they charged $67/mo plus the $12 for insurance. I have the smallest and cheapest unit available. I'm headed up there today and either getting the rates corrected or opening a unit elsewhere. I have never had a storage unit increase rates without even sending an email or a letter, just checking my account and finding it's automatically been withdrawn more than it was set for. I've been using storage facilities for 11 years, across Augusta, Buford, and now this one in athens

I rented a storage unit here for six months and was very happy with it. I chose Cubesmart largely because it was staffed. Someone was onhand to answer questions, and it gave me peace of mind to know that someone is regularly walking through the units and dealing quickly with any issues that arise.
