So I was having a hard time finding some medicine after traversing several cvs's. When I got to the cvs at this location they alwere closed by about 2 minutes (6pm close time on Saturdays). An employee named Dakota was letting some other customer outside the door know they had an item after going to check for it. He then went and asked the pharmacy if they had the medicine I needed in stock. They did and I'll be coming back tomorrow to get it. Many thanks Dakota, I know you probably wanted to head home, but you saved me a ton of time. Much appreciated.

Went to pick up my medicine, get there they couldn't find 1 of the prescription, then I had to wait for 15 minutes to get refill again. This pharmacy has went to crap. I will be transferring myself and my kids to another pharmacy. They are unorganized and sure not friendly since the other workers done retired and left.

I need to speak to a pharmacy. All I got was a machine. Had to say what the machine say when I needed to speak to a human it was no way to. Only thing I was able to do is say yes or no and say 1 or 2. When I needed to speak with a pharmacy

The pharmacy staff is 100% better than the one on Hawthorne Avenue.The staff is much better too.I changed from Hawthorne Avenue to the CVS on Lexington Road because of the pharmacy.The CVS on Alps Road was great too before it closed down.

I came in at 8 min till closing. At five minutes they closed part of their window ..at 3 min till they shut lights off . At 6 pm they locked their doors. He rushed through the pharmacy questions and wouldn't even listen to my questions . I said " I get it you are in a hurry to get out" he said yeah sorry . I said " that's really unprofessional! Then they had to let me out because they locked me in. And said see you next time. I said "no you won't ! " I don't care if I arrived five min till. It's pharmacy for God sake . There are locations that close at 10, and 12 am not 6 pm . I worked retail and we couldn't even kick the customer out at closing time and some would ignore the announcement and keep shopping well past . I know it's rude to do that , but this unprofessionalism in a pharmacy is horrid ! I rushed to try to get here in time and to be treated this way. I most definitely will not be back ..I'm switching my pharmacy .

I came in 10 minutes before they break for lunch. The guy who was ringing me out instead of just finishing my prescription because it was 1:30 on the dot by the time he got my meds together legit in a bag in his hands he said I would have to come back 30 minutes later to get them. That’s terrible customer service! I work in the healthcare i would never! You have a customer you finish the job then you take break that’s how any job goes. No wonder this place is a 3.9 star

Bruce in the pharmacy is Amazing! He was so compassionate and kind when the prescription our son needed had to be switched. Our doctor was unavailable and the receptionist did not want to help us. Bruce called them without me asking. There are not many people that will go above and beyond anymore!! THANK YOU!!

The pharmacist was fantastic! I went to get a prescription filled not knowing that my dentist prescribed penicillin (which I'm allergic to ). She noticed this and informed me. I would totally recommend going to this pharmacy!!!

Nice workers and good service. Great pharmacy.I just wish they'd enlarge this one because the holiday items are never stocked at all beyond a tiny bit. CVS has great holiday stuff!

The store isn't fancy, but the pharmacists are great. The pharmacists are consistently excellent. They are efficient and patient. ...I was prompted to review another pharmacy, and I realized it was worth reviewing this one. This is my regular pharmacy and I'm quite happy getting my meds handled here.
