Got a passport size photo from here, incredibly disappointed on the service received. Firstly I was never shown how it looked like (it was one person handling the whole store, I really don't mean to point a finger at employee, clearly understaffed), I did not look at my face and realized only after I got the physical copy that it was all fuzzy. Next I request for a digital copy, I never wanted a physical copy at first place. I was told they don't do that but they can definitely give me a digital copy. I thought that's ok, did not realize it had terms and conditions. Only when I took the receipt of 36$ I realized I was also charged for a 16gb USB 3.0 flash drive for a 2MB photo, I mean Which century is this? A 16gb flashdrive has 16,384 MB by the way dear corporate, and There is thing called email going around seems to be cool, which would have been free!! All I wanted was a decent photo which is why I drove down. I ended up using a photo I took with my phone than what I got. The photo I was given had Poor lighting and there is shadow on my face , again I blame the setup, the camera and the corporate. Don't waste your hard earned ? here.

My personal experience here was great, especially with the pharmacist Alex he was very helpful and helped me pick out everything that I needed. And everyone’s very polite and kind there I always feel welcome..

The man at the window was rude and gave no explanation he just looked at me with a disgusting look and shaking his head. They did not have my medication in stock, but my issue is they wouldn’t keep my prescription to fill when they did have it in stock! I will not be returning

There was a mix up with my prescription but Trey at the drive thru quickly resolved the issue for me. I wasn’t able to have my script covered at first due to it being sent to another pharmacy to begin with but like I said Trey has my prescription transferred to this cvs and quickly filled it for me and was very polite. Thanks a lot!

Lady behind the counter was obviously frustrated and super rude. When I told the pharmacist, Alex, about it he just didn't care at all and just kept nonchalantly saying okay i'll tell management and I wouldn't be surprised if it never reaches their ears. Only nice person there was Demetrius(or something similar, sorry if I butchered your name). Y'all should do way better than that.

The pharmacist that filled my prescription was extremely rude and argumentative with me. I incorrectly read that the pharmacy was open until 10 (when in reality the store was open until 10 not the pharmacy) and he was very annoyed with me that I showed up at literally 6:01 when they close at 6. He did fill the prescription but only because I essentially begged for the flu medication that was called in. I was pulling out at 6:03 on the dot so I hope that two extra minutes was worth him being a j*** to me. Will not go there again unless absolutely necessary.

If you want to be insulted, dismissed and made to feel like an addict, I highly recommend. Never in my life have I been treated so absolutely rude! Their pharmacy tech should be fired. Rolled his eyes after I asked a very valid question and then shut the window in my face, all while maintaining eye contact. Yes, I got mad and said " I'm sorry, but when, where and HOW is it EVER ACCEPTABLE TO BE SO RUDE TO A CUSTOMER?!" I've had issues ever since. Just find a better pharmacy. Save yourself the embarrassment.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a "Hello, welcome in!" Staff is always helpful when I am looking for specific products. If they are out of stock, they direct me to another local CVS store that likely has what I am looking for. This happened last week when I was in search of an at-home covid test. They were fresh out, but the store manager let me know that they would be in stock later that afternoon or I could travel to two other local CVS stores that were in stock. Always a pleasant experience here!

I can not say enough about the staff and pharmacists that I have had the pleasure to interact with at this location!Pharmacist eager to help with any questions you may have with compassion and knowledge. No matter how busy they are, always kind and helpful. I have been a customer with several health issues for many years now. I am truly grateful for the wonderful service I receive each time!

My wife and I have both been prescribed prophylactic Ivermectin and have been safely using it for about six months. When we went today to get our prescriptions filled this morning, we were told that the store had no Ivermectin in stock, but that we could call around to see if anyone else had it. No other CVS in Athens had it.I called my doctor's office to ask for advice, and the nurse there told me that they had heard that CVS had made a corporate decision to stop supplying Ivermectin to its customers. I find this unacceptable and outrageous.I am going to attempt to verify whether this is true, but if it is my wife and I, who are both long-time CVS customers, will immediately switch pharmacies. I am pretty sick at this point in my life of having corporations and the federal government make decisions for me regarding my personal health.I urge each of you, whatever your personal opinions regard the vaccine may be, to consider whether you want to support a company that will deny you your right to make personal decisions regarding your own health.
