Terrible and embarrassing experience just after I purchased a gift card I was talking on my phone while waiting for the bus to come and an employee came up to me in a rude way and said the manager wanted me to leave because I couldn't be there like that when l wasn't doing anything wrong and if I didn't leave they'd call 911 I don't shop there often but I'll never shop there again if customers can't be treated with respect I don't recommend you shop there!??

Honestly I love this DG. Really it’s the memories I love. One time we stopped in to get some movie snacks, and we witnessed a robbery of some Little Debbie snacks. The police showed up to investigate and the guy behind the counter re-enacted the scene for us. The robber got away on bicycle with his haul, and we made memories to last a lifetime.

The register kept messing up with My debut card.mycard was fine it was their fault.was not able to do what I want there to do and by the time I finally got checked out using the cash I had and needed it loaded on My chime card! Really messed me up! To late to go somewhere else to do it!

Charged my card for my purchase and refused to give me the food I paid for my family to eat dinner because of a " computer glitch". Its been 3 days and the charge has not been reversed... the district manager and the store manager said I would be refunded but when I went back into the store today the manager on duty did not know how to process the refund and I was told to come back at another time. Horrible experience. If I was charged then I should have been allowed to take the items I paid for regardless of a "computer glitch".... once the refund was approved by multiple levels of management its absurd that the acting store manager could not figure out how to process a refund and that I would have to come back at another time...
