I do not know what is with this location! As soon as they start to get good people that cares about other human beings they change it up. While I was in this evening the only person working was off opening the bathroom for someone, I was fine to wait, but as I was waiting that same person had music playing that was very explicit in language. This is not a bar or the club! In fact at that very moment there were children in the store. Her response when I mentioned it was where are the kids? This is so so sad that there is no decency to just respect the environment and just change it to something more appropriate.

The employee completely ignored me and was talking to the customer in front of me the entire time. Didn’t give me my bags and threw the receipt at me so she could continue the conversation with the lady in front of me. Also, doesn’t carry my babies diapers in her size… so that’s cool.

They do not have a restroom that you can use…even for a paying customer. Their employees have to ask the manager for the bathroom key but the manager can go to the bathroom whenever and for how long they want to be in there. We Will NEVER SHOP AT THIS DOLLAR GENERAL AGAIN!!!!

For the most part store #09147 has been my go to place but today Daphne a new manager to the location made me feel less than nothing. I go in weekly spending between $30 to $100 or more. That stops now! I do not want to have to deal with even seeing this person. They had multiple items behind a sign that said 50% off so I gathered multiple items. I came to find out that only the items on the top shelf were on sale. I told the woman who checked me out that was very miss leading and she agreed as it could have stated only for the hair product items. I had already been charged for the items and Daphne was unaware of what to do. She would not even acknowledge me as a person or apologize for the inconvenience this caused me. As it was my time I spent their shopping for items that in the end was not even the price I saw them to be. In the end I let her know that the fact she could not acknowledge me as a human being was incredibly rude. I said you should have at least said you were sorry for my inconvenience, she responded with “ This my first day here it is not my fault”. I let her know that did not matter she could still acknowledge when the place she works at makes a mistake. She responded with “ why” I turned to her in disbelief that she could be so absolutely incompetent and rude on such a level. I will not return to this location with her there. Even the cashier came out to apologize for it all. That should have been Daphne the new manager.

We had to wait over 5minutes for the cashier to show up.The staff who showed up at last was so rude, even we had to ask forthe total amount. We don't know why, but she had a very angry face.Also, there are no items on the shelves and display is so messed up that we can't pass by because of unorganized items left in the aisle.

Staff is rude and hateful,one employee impaticuler. Eveytime my daughter shops in there with her children this employee is cussing customers and verbally attacking my daughter. She needs to be fired. I will be following up with them!!
