Business hours wrong or either they close whenever they feel like it placed and order for 430 and asked what's the latest I could pick it up and was told 6 got there at 5:20 and they was closed this the 2nd time I have traveled 30 mins to this location for them not to be open

This business has very poor customer service and took my money without providing the goods. Below is an explanation of the encounter. I checked to see if their location was open today since I wanted to place a same day order, which it was. Their website showed that they opened at 10am and closed at 3pm. I proceeded to call them. This was roughly around 11am. I called them twice and received no answer each time. However, I was directed to their website from the automated voice message. I went to their website which showed that if I placed my order within the next hour, I would be able to receive my order the same day. I made sure to pick this location to confirm if it was applicable for this location, which it was. I placed the order before the time limit expired. I needed to be today because it is my mom's birthday. I decided to do pick-up because it was easier for me. The pick-up option still applied to the same day order. Once I placed my order and PAID for it, I received an email confirmation of my payment and a SECOND email that the store received and confirmed my order. When I got to the store at 2pm, this was before their closing hours. There was NO ONE there. I called the store again 3 times, no answer. I knocked on the door, no answer. This was extremely disappointing because I depended on this for my mom's birthday and had already paid them. They are falsely advertising (false promo information) and not a reliable business (failure to provide service and inaccurate business hours online). I would not recommend to any potential customers considering this service.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, 6 salted caramel apples, and cheesecake for my mother’s birthday. I spoke to Danna and she absolutely blew my socks off! She was so helpful, made sure my order was perfect, and told me she was praying for me! When my order arrived, it was flawless. Delivery was on time, and everything looked and tasted incredible!! 5 stars does not do this business justice! Will definitely be ordering from here again, and stopping by regularly for smoothies!!!

I am absolutely blown away by how amazing my service was! I wanted to order an arrangement for a family member that struggles with many allergies and dietary issues, and the workers were extremely patient and so helpful when working with me and what I needed! I ended up ordering a birthday bundle arrangement for my family, and the twix brownies for myself (it was all AMAZING!) I highly recommend!

Do not even bother with this place. Called me 2 hours before delivery was supposed to be made to tell me they don't have a delivery driver and my only option was to have it refunded. Now can't find anything else that does same day delivery. Awful service.

There's no option to pick a delivery time online. This is not Amazon, an estimated delivery time is needed for service and satisfaction to be successful! This is a food service so just like you order pizza to be delivered at a certain time, I need this to be delivered between an estimated time. When I called customer service, I asked the agent if he would check on the delivery status; he claimed the order was being prepared. I asked when the item would be delivered he said that info was not available, but they deliver until 9pm. Because the item is perishable it's imperative that the person have it in their possession while they're at work and 9pm is beyond their work hours. I simply asked to have my order canceled. I hope they get this fixed because this 'no option to choose a delivery time' is a grave inconvenience.

It's mother's day Guys! I paid $213 for an arrangement to be delivered yesterday, I am out of town and can't personally hand her anything so I went through yal, I can't contact anybody which is understandable being that it's mother's day but when I track order it just says pending, the money has left my account and my mother didn't get her arrangement on time, thats not right.

I tried to sent someone a little platter of mini cheesecakes from this edible arrangements. Submitted the order a week ago. Shipped on Friday with overnight shipping. Except EA or FedEx added weekday delivery only to the shipping instructions. So my delivery set for Saturday was gonna be 2 days late and cheesecake was gonna sit in a FedEx warehouse/truck for 3 days. Emailed EA about it on Saturday. They cancelled/refunded me but never sent me any notice my case was resolved. I checked last night, but no update. So the recipient has been waiting around on this delivery only for me to check tracking again today and see it was cancelled. I tried calling their customer service line twice but when you select speak to representative the line goes dead quiet and no one answers no matter how long you wait.
