“Stopped by Battery Plus today! Was greeted as soon a I walked in with a warm welcome and how can I assist you from Harrison! I was so impressed with the kind, caring and professionalism!!!! I shared with the 3 employees that it shocked me with my interactions with them! At most establishments customer service no longer matters, but thank God someone at Battery Plus has not forgotten the importance of great Customer Service!!!! Please continue and show others how it's supposed to be done!!!!!! Thanks again to you all:) ♥♥♥”
“Went in because my phone wouldnt charge, they didn't have the part to replace it but offered to clean it out and if that worked they would charge like $30, if it didn't work it was no charge. Them cleaning it out worked like a charm and my phone is charging great! Fast and easy. 🙂”
