I used Elite for the first time this year and I was truly amazed at the wonderful service I received. Mr. John is an awesome person who didn't mind speaking to me with my 2 year old grandson chatting in the background lol. Most people get snippy about it. 5 stars for not only the company as a whole but also for customer service, communication, and accounting services I received. Elizabeth, John and Dara are such delightful people. I am so glad I found them! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Used these guys this tax year and had a horrible experience. Communication not listened to nor applied, ended up having to re fix errors multiple times due to inability to listen to communication, unresponsive and needed many reminders and despite prompts, they still didn't listen and we ended up owing state and federal thousands way beyond what we were shooting for. Grotesque customer service showed with only lip service. Definitely skip this company and save yourself the hassle. Spend a couple extra dollars and save yourself a headache.

I don’t recommend elite services her whole company will screw you for next year and ended up in the long run paying more to do my taxes that I owed and I’ve been there customer for over 12 years they are rude and don’t have any customer service when it comes to communication and explaining things
The withheld my taxes until I paid them over $2000 then they released my taxes and also I was highly disappointed with my unprofessional experience so if you want your taxes done upside down 🙃 I suggest for you to do more shopping around
I will not ever be a customer anymore I will be using a more professional accountant

Our family can’t thank this team enough for their customer service and professionalism! We used Elite to do our 2024 taxes just a few weeks ago. I usually am an advisor TurboTax user but wanted to get a professional to look at our families taxes this year. By using them, they were able to cut the amount I had to pay using TurboTax in half and just made us feel so comfortable! They were easy to communicate with, would respond so quickly and we just really appreciate them. We will be back next year!
