Very disappointed in the quality of the finished product. In the beginning I made a point of having a conversation about aftermarket parts and stating that if they do not fit the car "Do not put them on. Let me know and I will battle my insurance company". The new front bumper does not line up perfectly with the existing body, there is paint sagging on the edges of the new painted bumper and the new flares over tires are not flush because the bumper is not flush. It makes the flare look wavey. The passenger side door does not open cleanly. The passenger side front bumper is what received damage and now the passenger side door scraps the fender piece when opening or closing. I drove my vehicle to Classic on Aug 3 to begin repairs. They communicated and my car repair time frame was very good. But Classic has agreed to correct the repairs that were subpar but communication is now spotty and I am still waiting for a definite repair date. I hope for a better outcome this time around and excellent repair work.

Classic Collision in Athens was a great choice for our repairs. Unlike another collision shop in Madison, this place was upfront and very responsive. We would highly recommend Classic Collision of Athens.

I was involved in an accident and needed to have my car repaired. After reading online reviews for several body repair shops in my area I called Classic Collision. I was told to bring a copy of the insurance company's estimate and leave it with them. But when they saw the name of the insurance company they told me that they no longer do business with them. I was so disappointed. The young woman at the reception desk was so nice and polite. She explained a lot of insurance business protocols to me that I was unaware of from my lack of experience. None of it was good news for me in my situation but I understand a lot more about automobile insurance coverage now. I appreciate her kindness to me.

Not good. I am still waiting for the repair to be completed and it has been 3 months. I call and they say they need to get one more part and will call right back. They never call.

Friendly staff. Work looked great. Did in 3 weeks what other body shops took 8 months and never got done. Would recommend to anyone that needed body work done. Keep you updated the whole process and answer any questions that I had

I liked the sign out front "we meet the nicest people by accident", so I dropped by to ask someone to look at what appeared to be a black scrape on the fender of my car that happened while it was parked at a shopping center. Ethan looked at it and said he thought he could completely get rid of the scrape in a couple of minutes. To my amazement he removed all evidence which turned out to be someone's rubber tire mark! I offered him a gratuity which he politely refused, asking instead for a Google review, so here it is! Thanks for earning my future business which I hope I will never need!

I wrecked my car on May 20 my car sit in my yard for one whole month I took my car it’s a classic collision June 13 every time I call there it is a new lie that they tell me about my car and here it is August 5 they just got The part for my car that they have been waiting on so I was told by a rude employee that works the front desk oh I don’t know when your car is going to be ready and that’s been the whole problem the whole entire time the worst customer service ever the worst place to ever take your car because they do not know when it’s coming back and they didn’t know when my part was coming I had to contact the Dodge place personally myself for them to tell me when my part was coming for my own vehicle never take your car there

Vehicle was dropped off January 14 with “preorders parts” and it was ready for pick up until July 15th it was in the body shop for several months. On date of pick up they ordered wrong after market exhaust with 1 tip not dual tips. My paint has a lot of orange peel, dust/trash on new clear coat. And didn’t have my rear bumper badge ready to install once the repair was done and completed. When they had all the parts “pre ordered”.Services: Painting

Awesome repair center and very hones people. Could have made a lot of money off of our accident, but instead of trying to repair it with very significant structural damage, they were honest and the car ended up being a total loss. I would absolutely recommend Classic Collison to anyone!

A buck hit the side of my truck and did a decent amount of damage. Filed an online claim with SF and chose in-network Classic Collision due to their great rating, location, and reviews. CC did not disappoint. Zero hassle with insurance. CC took care of everything. Trish and Slyde were top notch and thorough from the start. A week and a half in the shop and my truck looks brand new. 5 stars all around!Service: Body & Trim
