After reading the reviews, I see that apparently Estes-Express really doesn't give a hoot about your experience.Absolutely worse delivery experience that I have had. First the customer service as far as notification is terrible. First received notification from Lowes last . week that the expected delivery was 11/15 and would be delivered by Estes. Estes delivery date was 11/17 - 11/22. On Tuesday the website stated 2 stops away at 11:00 am. I finally called at 4:00ish and was told it would be here by 5:00. At 6:00 still no delivery so I called again. This time was told that the truck had broken down and it would be delivered on Wednesday. At no time did anyone ever call, email or text me any updates. So Wednesday gets here, never heard from Estes at all,so about 9:00 I called the customer service number. Spoke to a very nice lady who assured me that I would be notified . The website first stated delivery at 11:45, then 1:43, then 3:45. I did nt receive any notification at all. To top it off, when the truck finally showed up around 4:15, the driver was afraid to come down my drive way. He refused to deliver the packages to the door. Now mind you I have a completely gravel driveway that is frequently used by UPS, Federal Express, Furniture delivery trucks, and even the gas truck. Apparently not only is the customer service poor, but the drivers apparently don't know how to drive either. For Estes if I could give a rating on base on my experience, it would be a -10.....as low as you can go.

They lied to say their delivery truck won't fit down my road. My next door neighbor drives an 18 wheeler. Driver lied to get out of work early. Can't depend on their delivery or honesty.

horrible service, can't reach anyone regarding my tile from Home Depot for 2 weeks, then they had an "outage" and can't email or call to reach the company and Home Depot is useless and will not assist and charged full price, no one knows where order is. unbelievable, why is home depot using this company, they are just as bad.

Ordered a Ping Pong table from Cornilleau America and Estes shipping was the freight Company. The table came on a pallet and secured professionally. We were notified the day before the truck came and called by the driver, before he arrived. Exceptional service and polite driver.

I arrived home from work to find my new 10x14 white-ish area rug dropped in my front yard. The packaging was torn, exposing the rug, which allowed some sort of grease to stain it in multiple locations. It was obvious and, after watching my cameras, most likely came from the way it was dragged from the truck. A very expensive rug/ruined rug. Utterly atrocious.
