My mom and I had to put our whole life in storage and then fell behind on our payments. I was terrified of losing everything but Neil has been great at helping me figure out a way to keep it. They have been very patient and understanding with me and for that I am much appreciative

I work for a vendor who services the HVAC equipment for this location. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Neil and Shree. They are both incredibly helpful, kind and patient. If this is how they do business with vendors, I can only imagine how fantastic the service is to their customers.

Cierra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only answered my questions but anticipated some of them.
Update ( 10 years later). I had moved away and put my belongings in another companies building. Recently I moved back and rented a unit online.
I had difficulty getting the door open but David in the office was extremely helpful and also made sure my lock fee was returned when I gave it to him saying I had my own.
There are several reasons I came back to ES : 1) on site manager except for Sunday's. 2) plenty of trolley in excellent condition 3) open restroom for customers as well as drinking fountain 4) very reasonable rental price 5) convenient location 6) ability to chose the exact unit you want from those available 7) plenty of space to load and unload without worrying about getting ones vehicle "stuck". 8) 3 levels of access including the option to enter 24/7.
I highly recommend Extra Space for anyone needing to store their belongings.

This is an extremely well-run business with courteous workers, clean facilities and well-equipped with carts. If all businesses were run by nice people like these folks!
