Had very expensive return. Would not provide receipt. Clerk tossed package on a shelf behind her. No one had been in attendance when I arrived. I refused to leave a 5k package unattended, no receipt. Took it back and left.

I used FedEx Onsite for an Amazon return. It was great. I waited for a short time in line. I brought my phone with the email from Amazon, The clerk scanned it, and took my item. I didn't need a box or anything. They took care of it all. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way.
