Delivered my package to the wrong address. They submitted a picture that wasn’t my front porch and I immediately contacted after I got the delivery confirmation message. All they did was submit some useless ticket and then email me a few days later saying they couldn’t retrieve the package. I even talked to the fedex delivery driver the same day when he stopped at our drive way on his route AFTER HE ALREADY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. He said he didn’t have our package which I already knew becauseee IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I showed him the picture of the delivery and told him that my package was delivered but the picture submitted wasn’t my house. He apologized and said he would retrieve the package and deliver it the next day, this obviously did not happen. It was legit a queen mattress in a box. To whoever got my package I hope it’s comfy. :,) And to Athens FedEx you lowkey suck for that man.

Travis the store manager is a horrible person I can’t believe he is aloud to lead a team and fedex should be ashamed of there employee…. I will not be going back to fedex … use ups if you can help it

Absolutely terrible, packages never arrive in time. Something always comes in damaged, legit the worst company to deliver your packages.

I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome . All 3 employees displayed outstanding customer service . This was my first experience with FedEx since my usual shipping companies are closed Sundays . This will be my go to from here on out . I Highly recommend keeping these fellas apart of the Fedex team . Thanks again!

I had a quick turnaround project for a client meeting first thing the next morning, and after the two UPS stores closer to my office said no, Shane at FedEx said yes.
Not only did he stay after hours to get it done, he called to make sure he had specific details correct to do the job exactly how I needed it.
Huge thank you to Shane at this FedEx location for saving the day!

me and my mom went to fedex having a hard time and brady showed OUT! he did exactly what we wanted he was kinda and he had very good costumer service skills!!! I tell you what i never seen someone so nice! ❤️

The fed ex driver took my package to someone else home 9 miles from my house he put it on the side of the road at the mailbox . Number 1 it not the right address and it tell you the address on the box but he decided to give my $350 package to someone else. I called the 800 number and she couldn’t speak eng and would not give me the right number so now I guess I will drive to find what I need to do . Wow way to go fed ex driver

I’ve been coming to this location for years and the team has always been so knowledgeable eager to please. I had another fantastic experience today. Travis helped me with some technical difficulties, was kind, efficient and so helpful. 10/10

The store manager Travis, was dismissive and rude to my parents because they came in without pre made labels. He states that it’s takes too long and it’s makes others wait in line for too long. Yet there was no one waiting in line when he was assisting them. After expressing complaints, he was still supporting the fact that we should not come in again if we have more than 5 packages to ship unless the labels are pre made online. Horrible customer service, rude, and just seems lazy tbh…

I have a very large package that was supposed to have been delivered today. I literally sat here watching the map. The driver was less than 2 minutes away from my house. Per the map he went in the opposite direction. When I call customer service they told me they have until 8:00 tonight to deliver my package. So why do I have to wait another 3 hours for my package when the driver was literally 3 minutes away from me! I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service and delivery!
