Too bad service. Just too bad. They damaged my lab samples and hold for few days which was meant to be overnight express delivery. Ruined my project !! STAY AWAY FROM FedEx. Use other service

I have been trying for several years to get my deliveries left by my garage door, instead of my front porch where they are visible for all who drive by my house. I indicated my preference on the FedEx website, I’ve spoken with 2 of the drivers, & have filed 2 complaints at customer service number. Each time I was told that the person I was speaking with had sent a message to the Athens office while I held. Most of my deliveries are heavy boxes of pet food or cat litter. I must use a walker to get around, so it is very difficult for me to get these items moved from my front porch to garage. It would be so much easier for the driver to just drive to garage and unload. I am home bound, so could drag the items inside the garage as soon as I get notification of delivery. What does it take????

I only have one complaint about this FedEx location. They REALLY need more than one person working the counter. Some customers had a lot of packages to be shipped. Causing a long line out the door.

Absolute worst customer service possible. Packages sit at the facility for over a week, for “overnight” delivery, and then they return it to shipper with zero delivery attempts.

Package was on truck for delivery on Thursday. It’s now Monday and the latest update I can get is that it was put on the delivery truck last Thursday. Cannot get a person on the phone. FedEx used to be the best delivery company. They are now trash! When they do deliver packages they usually drop them on the ground 10 feet from my front porch. If it rains I’m screwed! Awful company and no customer service.

They are Terrible. Can’t bring nothing in time or even remotely close to the times they tell you and getting them to tell you a true time is like pulling teeth. If I ever order anything and fined out fed ex is shipping it I will cancel it immediately and fined another way or just do without

lazy delivery drivers won’t even attempt to deliver my packages or they keep trying to deliver to my apartment’s office WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. i put my apartment unit number on there for a reason. now my package i needed today didn’t arrive and im at a loss. i was at home all day and no one knocked on my door so i know no one tried to deliver it to the front door. HIRE BETTER DRIVERS

Janelle Johnson is this companies only saving grace. She is the last reliable person working here. Give her a raise!
Unfortunately, she is off today.
So my package was en route Friday the 30th. It's an OVERNIGHT EXPRESS. On Tuesday, I was notified it's delayed until Wednesday. On Wednesday, I got a notice it's delayed until Thursday. On Thursday morning I called and was issued case 161592481 and PROMISED by a case MANAGER that I would have this delivered today. This isn't a la-dee-dah Amazon delivery, it's BUSINESS materials I HAVE to HAVE by work Friday morning. At 7PM Thursday, I get a update saying it won't be delivered until Friday by 8PM. EXPRESS OVERNIGHT????? Why? There are no storms. There are no road closures.
So now I have to go 2 hours out of my way, pick this up, be late for the meeting, explain to other company heads what happened, and HOPE I don't lose my job. Thanks a lot.
This is just the icing on the cake. I've had to call in multiple times regarding lost packages (delivered across town), not using the parcel locker that's CLEARLY labeled, packages left on my neighbors fencepost, I could go on.
Make Janelle CEO and I'll update my review to 5 stars and repurchase my stocks.
Heck, give her a raise for YEARS of dedicated service and put her in charge of this facility and you'll have my business again. Until then, I won't ship anything FEDEX and I'll ask all shippers to use UPS in the future. USPS is better than this.

FedEx rarely makes it to our business before closing, often have items "on truck out for delivery" and no one ever even attempts delivery.. good luck getting customer support... by far the worst courier service!

Worst Service and support ever. Lie about delivery dates and when you call them they basically say you’re out of luck. Packages come 5 days late and they don’t seem to mind.
