I had a very disappointing experience here. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer. Good customer service is just as important as car service, and unfortunately this place failed badly in that regard. I won’t be coming back.

Quick, honest service at a fair price. I came in for an oil change at the time of my appointment. I overheard the man at the desk mention to another customer that the maintenance team was running a little behind. Even so, they finished up my car in about an hour and I was on my way. Would absolutely call them again!

Best in class! Moved to Athens and had been using Porterfield in Watkinsville. So glad I found these guys! SO FRIENDLY and what a difference in quality of service and PRICING!!! Had to get 4 tires and Five Star they’d be double the quality of what I have on my Honda CRV - 850 bucks! Always paid over $1000 at Porterfield
They never disappoint
When I picked up my car, they gave me a number for free roadside assistance in case I’m traveling and anything happens ?
Just for being a customer!!! ???

I have come here for most of my car issues. The guy in the front office is friendly but direct with what he can do and will always beat the prices from dealerships. They are busy so dropping your car off without an appointment will mean you have to wait but that’s every car shop.
The shop is always fair with what needs to happen depending on my cars issue and they don’t overdo or recommend items that are not required. They also stand behind on their work. I had an alternator replaced a few months ago and it was acting up a little and they fixed/replaced it with no trouble. Highly recommend you come here.

After speaking with someone a week in advance. I was told I could bring my vehicle in for an alignment and would be able to wait for it since I didn't have a ride home. On the morning of a very rude person at the front desk refused me saying I couldn't wait because my name wasn't down for the appointment; when they only asked for the make and model when I set up the date. He told me to reschedule . Very rude and poor customer service. I will not go back.

Okay the front desk worker had the nastiest attitude ever when I walked in I understand yall where full but that is not a excuse to talk rudely to a customer and that how you loose business wouldn’t set foot near this establishment

Very honest and do an excellent job every time. We have been taking our cars here for routine servicing and repairs for almost 10 years now. They are just good people and excellent mechanics.
