I called to cancel our storage unit they charged us anyways I asked for a refund they said to dispute it with my bank they would approve it to be refunded it’s been over six months every time I call I get told to call back or that they will return my call I want my money back!You have not replied to them either and they will not release the money without a response and NO ONE is trying to fix it! No one has even bothered to call me back.

My boyfriend and I live about 45 minutes from Athens, and decided to use this facility to store his truck in at the beginning of May. After “making a reservation” at their main office, he was told that it was booked and had to drive to the other lot to park his truck. At that time, the gates were not working and anyone could go in and out. When we came back from summer vacation on August 1st, we came back to see that the back fence of the lot had been cut and the catalytic converter had been stolen off my boyfriend’s truck. After calling the manager Heather, she informed us to call the police and that she would meet us at the lot. When she arrived she informed us that when she comes to check on the lot, that she doesn’t check the fencing around and that the camera system has not been working for months and that she doesn’t know when or if they’ll ever be working. After waiting with us for 20 minutes, she said she was going back to the main office because “none of this had anything to with her”. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I'm still waiting on my refund about to be 2 months. I understand it's not the local managers fault. I keep getting the run around and no proof that there was a refund just going on what they say. I'd love to speak with someone from the accounting department, or one of the higher ups. I will be calling until I get my money refunded. I've been nice, patient, and understanding, I'm tired of getting the run around and no refund

This storage company is by far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I just needed a unit for a few weeks while I was in between apartments. Originally I was moving into the unit July 25th but needed to move some stuff earlier so I called their call centers and was told that if I paid I could move in early. I did, they charged me and gave me all the codes I needed to use the unit. But they didn't send me any of the contracts to sign, something that would be important later. I moved all of my belongings in the 19th of July and upon returning on the 25th, every single thing had been taken out of the unit. It was absolutely empty. I called the call center and got on the phone with Wendy Cutting, the regional manager. She then sent me the contract they should have sent me a week ago and told me to fill it out. Every day I would call for an update only to be told the managers were "on calls" and would call me back later that day, which never happened. I was told the owner was upset about this and would call me to work things out; this also NEVER happened. They then coerced me into filling out a police report even though there was absolutely no evidence that there was a break in. Not a single shred. They couldn't provide any camera footage and actually lied to me for two weeks saying they were reviewing it every time I called. It wasn't until I got a detective involved that they divulged they didn't even have footage of the whole time frame in question, and couldn't provide the detective with any proof of a break in. So besides making me fill out a police report that wasn't true, they said I HAD to do this in order for me to get insurance money. The maximum insurance they could offer me was $2500, which would have covered about half of what they stole from me. But this company didn't stop there, they denied my insurance claim saying there wasn't any evidence of a break in even though they made me file a police report stating there was in order to initiate the insurance process in the first place. This company is a piece of garbage and both managers I had to interact with lied to me dozens of times before they just resorted to ignoring my calls. Amanda and Wendy don't know what customer service is, and if their company screws over a multitude of people (which it has) they will lie to you and push you down the path that puts them at the least amount of liability. They don't care about you or your stuff, and nobody else should have to go through what I am still going through months later. Do not use this storage company. Ever.

Best rates in town and friendly staff. They have multiple locations to choose from which was very convenient for us. We actually transferred from their Winder location to the one by Athens tech.

Convenient that they provided a combo lock. That saved me the hassle of buying one. Easy to move in. Good experience so far.
