Everyone at Gardenview went above and beyond to help my family lay my mom to rest. Travis made the process much more tolerable. I definitely have found the place that I know will help me with the process of loosing a loved one. Thank y'all for all that y'all have done.

There are many things that went wrong and still have not been corrected til this day. 1. Obituary was printed incorrectly. The birth and death date is listed, and yet the age was still printed wrong. 2. A grave marker still to has not been placed on the grave site, although it has been stated that it will be taken. Never has. 3. The death certificate has the wrong place of birth and now the family has to go through vital records for the corrections needed. How can you make these mistakes when the information was clearly given to you. So disappointing. And for the gentlemen to continue to lie about making it right, make it even worse.

Funerals are a hard part of life. If there was anyone I would want with my family and I it would be Gardenview Funeral Home. They were wonderful. This is where you need to go if you want a local funeral home focused on your family. I highly recommend working with Gardenview Funeral Home when the need arises. They are family focused, caring, professional and worth every dime. The owner is always there to help and the staff is amazing.

If zero stars were available this would be their rating. Travis Richardson stands to be the most unprofessional, insensitive, pompous and narcissistic individual I have had to displeasure to encounter.FOUR weeks after our beloved was entrusted to his care and his services were paid for in full, we are still having an issue with receiving a correct death certificate even though the information was clearly typed and printed. He was contacted on three different occasions and his time and purpose was spent blame shifting the family and the others within his own organizations all the way the department of health their infraction. Apologize, make the corrections and move on! If you want professional empathetic care for your loved one during bereavement., Athens Garden Funeral chapel is NOT the place to be. But certainly if you would like to add stress and additional heartache to your loss, Travis Richardson is here for you. No one does it better. He has not one single shred of integrity in his body. Shame on you for allowing this person to represent you and disrespect and abuse families at their lowest most devastating moment.

Gardenview truly has the most professional, experienced, and friendly staff of any funeral home that my family has ever worked with.
While we were grieving they were working.
Every decision required was presented in a way that made us feel like we were being well taken care of. They handled all the details behind the scenes effortlessly. When we had questions they had answers. We were grateful for all that they did to put us at ease so we could spend our time mourning the loss of our mother and grandmother. May all families dealing with loss feel comforted in their kindness and professionalism.
Thank you Gardenview.
