I’m still waiting on things to be fixed. I got my car back on a Wednesday. The doors aren’t aligned properly and I was told he could have the part by Friday most likely. Jameson said he would give me a call when it came in and it would take less than 20 minutes to fix it. It’s the following Tuesday now and still haven’t received so much as a call to let me know anything. My car took longer than anticipated. I was called a couple times saying the completion date was being pushed out because they wanted to make sure everything was “perfect”. They had my car 20 days and it’s most definitely not perfect.

PLEASE FINT GIVE THIS PLACE YOURCAR. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR SIX MONTHS AND THEN TWO MONTHS LATER I HAD TO BUT A NEW CAR. THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY CLOSE FRIEND!

Dropped my car off for work to be done. Key fob was working when I left it. When we picked it up, the service man that worked on my car told us the battery must have died in my fob because he couldnt get it to work when he went to bring it around to us. Went and bought a new battery; still didnt work. My husband went back to caliber to get it fixed. They said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and suggested he go to Nissan to figure it out. My husband went to Nissan and was told that the key fob was likely dropped and could not be fixed, so I would have to get a new fob for $500. My husband went back to caliber and asked the serviceman in front of the manager when he noticed the key fob stopped working. The serviceman said it worked the whole time until the day we went to pick it up. My husband asked the manager what the next step to get it taken care of was and the manager said we couldn't prove the damage was done at caliber and he couldn't physically see the damage, so we would need to pay out of pocket for a new key fob. We have reached out to the corporate office and the caliber in athens multiple times to get answers and we have been told they will call us back or that they can't get ahold of the insurance company or can't get ahold of anyone else to handle the situation, AFTER 3 WEEKS. This is no way to run a business and so sad to see all of the reviews that we trusted to have our work done just to be treated as a nuisance.

Caliber was able to begin the needed work immediately, they kept me updated of any changes along the way and completed the work in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I would use again for any repairs needed.
