Bought a radio. My favorite day is Monday because a certain color tag becomes a dollar.

I really enjoy dropping off clothes for recycling and also getting tax credit for the donations that we recycle. The Lexington road Goodwill is a quick drop and shop location.

An over-priced, inconsistently-priced, under-stocked, picked-over, disorganized wasteland. There is a steady flow of donated items coming into this place, but little of it seems to make it out to the store shelves. I say this with the understanding that Goodwill sells a lot of donated items online. They might also move items donated at one store to other stores--I'm not sure. I have no issues with any of that. Still, allowing for such other things that this Goodwill might do with their donations, I sense a puzzling gap between what comes into that place and what ends up on the shelves. If I didn't live almost close enough to walk there, I'd have stopped going long ago.

Returned item with in ten minutes, but was met with store policy of returns only get “store credit” only after the fact. Got Chips and a drink instead, and chips were expired. Staff was nice, just unfortunate.

The prices have become close to exorbitant. They say they've upped their saleries...that's their story. Find out for yourself. So sad after shopping there 6 years. Didn't buy anything the last two visits...

You’re telling me your dressing rooms have been closed since Covid and aren’t going to open back up? They instruct you to buy the clothes try them on and return them for STORE CREDIT , and not even get your money back just store credit. The only reason you would have the dressing rooms closed and only receive store credit is to be greedy and selfish what kind of store is this? Never have had this happen at any store ever? We just donated $200 worth of items and trust me we will not be donating here anymore or purchasing anything from here.

Since my last review got removed I’ll post it again. This place is the definition of disgusting. I am physically handicapped and can’t walk due to a brain condition. My children and I and y husband were shopping there and went to check out and the cashier looked me up and down and laughed and said “guess someone didn’t feel like walking today huh”. I could not believe what I had just heard. I contacted everyone I could including the corporate head of HR. NOTHING was done to this employee. Every single person who knew about this situation and did absolutely NOTHING should be ashamed. How dare you say something like that to someone and what’s worse say it in front of someone’s kids. DISGUSTING.

Was able to get some cool things BUT employees would not take 1 day late (from 14 days) returns. I work around covid patients in a hospital and there was an outbreak. Being respectful I did not come in on the 14th day to return my things after waiting for test results. Came in on the 15th day and told I could not get store credit! The manager (who had a mask on lol) acted like it was gonna come out of her paycheck. Everything is donated (free) to them, what are they gonna lose by me getting store credit? Next time this happens (it happens 1-2 times a week at the hospital) I'm just gonna come in anyways to return things. Ridiculous!

This organization as a whole can not be trusted. Especially in Georgia. Right down to the employees. Use to shop in stores for years and that went to hell. Tried online which I never thought was a worse experience. No accountability across the board. More lost items, electronics that don't work, or their fall too is abandoned. You are actually better shopping with ebay where as a buyer you are covered in the event of fraud which seems to be common place with this organization. Just look at their Better Business Report where there is 10% resolved issues out of 100%. That pretty much says it all. What is abandoned is any morals anyone must have to work for this place. "Putting people to work" on the backs of others. That should be their moto. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Again you are safer using ebay where you are actually covered for things.

Prices for a thrift store is outrageous. Everything is free to you but you price everything too high for thrift stores.
