Lonnnnnng wait for a haircut. Waited 45 minutes. Three hairdressers were available at the site but two were not "available." They may have had a reason for being so but with a waiting room full with customers, they did not make any effort to let us know why they were not available. Lack of professionalism and even common courtesy. Savannah was awesome though. She was the only one working within the standards expected of hairdressers nowadays.

Thank You LUCRETIA.....it was my first time at Great Clips and my "take-away" is this: Friendly, explained online check-in for my next visit....and she LISTENED and I walked out with one of my BEST haircuts ever !! Great asset to Great Clips-- I'll be back requesting Lucretia !!

I don’t remember her name but the stylist with the pink hair not only made me brush my own hair, but didn’t clean her equipment correctly and gave me lice. It’s been miserable. I will never come back here.

Went to Great Clips 11/14/23 and have to say I got the best hair cut ever, my stylist was Jodi. Not only did she give me the best haircut ever but she was very friendly. Great customer service with everyone that walked thru the door. Personally I felt like she was the only stylist there out of the 3. The other 2 stylist weren't friendly and had no customer service skills. So if you want Great customer service, a friendly stylist and a great haircut, ask for Jodi.

I went to get my sides trimmed on Sunday - oct 29 / 23 and also received the worst cut I've ever had in my life. I'm Asian American and the hairdresser said what I requested was terrible and decided to cut all my hair off. ( I would have reasonably asked to not take the top off but she already stared doing it and was beyond recoverable. ( I was facing towards the door the entire cut and hadn't noticed the monstrosity brewing above)I also was squared up crooked and look like an ogre. Definitely not sharing a pic! Lol Butt....... The manager Jessica handled the situation perfectly PR wise with me and called me an hour later to offer a refund I hadn't requested. Went above and beyond managerially from Jessica. She scores the 4 stars, the hairdresser unfortunately would get a 0 out of 5. (She was sick and in an arm brace so I get it)But thanks Jessica, you were very professional and polite!
