I took my grandson to get a hair cut. He asked for a fade cut on the back and sides and a trim on the front. I guess the girl didn't listen to him and literally wacked off his bangs in a a very choppy looking way. He was upset and crying because he loves is hair . She (Ciara) kept saying he asked for a fade cut.
So she had to finish it up as a complete fade cut. We will never return there again. My daughter was so upset because this was the second time they had messed his hair up. My daughter has 4 kids and all get cuts there. Great Clips has lost that business as well. I would think with a profession as a hair dresser listening to your customer would be a must!!
My grandson is 12 years old and is very upset still.

This is for the great clips on hwy29, I have been coming there for 6 years first had a lady that cut it very good but she left to cut hair at home, so I started with any other lady blonde hair but I won’t put her name, I’m a crazy hair person I would go every 2 weeks when my hair was short that can add up plus I always left good tips,I don’t go there anymore because the lady that was cutting my hair we have fun and cut up some times things was said that was said over and over the last time I was there she seemed to not won’t to cut my was not very nice and made some comments that to me was out of line, and I could see her in the mirror as she said thing’s laughing and getting orthers to do the same it hurt my feelings I did go back one more time later it was cold and uncomfortable in there as I sat in the chair for her to cut my hair she said you know we are just joking with you this to me was no joke I’d heard these things before and went along but come on act like a women be real I took our friend ship to heart sometimes enough id enough I’m not your dump person that always thinks things are a joke. I don’t come there anymore even though you did a great job but learn about your people skills that day you called me Cold Cream your back was to me you think I didn’t hear you and see your face as you laughed with other coworkers

My son just left there. He asked for a fade on the sides and a mullet in the back. Instead of the lady telling him that she didn't know how to do it she just did what she did. And when he told her that he wasn't satisfied and that he wasn't coming back she told him that's okay she has enough customers anyway. He said he's never felt disrespected and then charged for it like that. He kept telling her to go higher on the fade and it never got done and then she got an attitude with him because she did her job wrong

I just wanted a haircut, I didn’t want to have to fill out as much paperwork, as at the doctor. While I was trying to fill it out, the employee put two more people in front of me, on the list. Very frustrating, why do you need my address before you will cut my hair. Zero stars.

If I could I would give a zero. First off I ask Tammy I want to pay for a wash and a cup for my four year old daughter. She begins by questioning why and I said cause I want her to pay for her to get her hair washed. She starts looking through my hair daughter which I understand you have to check the license and everything but she was so rough with my daughter to start off with. She takes her to go get her hair wash which I was OK with whatever but when she came back, she put my daughter on the chair and starts brushing her hair but she did very rough with my poor four-year-old then she keeps grabbing my daughters hair and head and tell her stop moving. My daughter is four-year-old and his speech delayed so a lot of times it’s hard for her to understand I said there the whole time to help my daughter stay still, but the hairstylist kept grabbing onto the top of my daughters hair, and raising her voice and saying stop.
I asked for layers, but when I saw how rough she was with my daughter I told her don’t mind the layers, but she continued to try and car here saying that she was IV out when I saw that she was layering it. I just really did not appreciate the way she was talking to my four-year-old let alone she is speech delay. I couldn’t imagine if she had to deal with a child that was autistic or it just did not fully understand. Just wish she was more patient and kind.

I had a bad experience with this location, the fade was okay but my bear linen was messed up, I guess it’s her first time with bear treatment, she was in rush in all and makes me pay full payments, it’s my first time there and not what I expected

Lonnnnnng wait for a haircut. Waited 45 minutes. Three hairdressers were available at the site but two were not "available." They may have had a reason for being so but with a waiting room full with customers, they did not make any effort to let us know why they were not available. Lack of professionalism and even common courtesy. Savannah was awesome though. She was the only one working within the standards expected of hairdressers nowadays.

Had a good experience here. The girl who cut my hair gave me a great fade. She was also polite and friendly. Wish I could remember her name, I just remembered she had bright fashion colored hair. Also I have to add I was taken back to the chair immediately after walking in. I know that doesn't always happen but I guess I hit it at the right time.

Just to be fair I wanted to give 3 stars. The haircut was not good. There was little attention to detail. Moreover, the barber seemed to be rushing us out of there. Not good service and did not seem concerned if we liked the haircut either. Hardly wished us a good day

Would give zero stars if I could. Didn’t feel listened to or comfortable at all. Stylist seemed disinterested. Explained what I wanted multiple times and left basically a trim and nothing I asked for. Felt rushed out the door to pay so I couldn’t say anything about the fact that I didn’t like it. Super disappointed
