Usually I have a great experience but today, not only was one of the staff short and dismissive with a guest, but my own stylist wouldn't listen to what I was telling her. I have to go clean it up on my own now to get what I want.

The customer for people of color is very distasteful. And the location has nit always been like this. So I am very disappointed. My daughter who is college student cane in to get her hair trimmed. And one of the staff looked at her like she didn't bong in this establishment. We come to this location often. You are already short staffed, the least you could do is remain professional and present each customer with gratitude. Ignorance is a bliss.We will not be back. ✌️

I went to the Great Clips on Epps bridge to get an easy quick haircut (only cutting off an inch nothing fancy) I showed the “stylist” a photo example of the length I wanted and physically showed her. I am not sure what she thought she was doing. My hair looked awful, it was tiered. My hair was sitting at three different lengths. She cut the top layer of my hair so short and left the underneath layers long. I went back to the store after calling because they said they would issue a refund. I spoke to the manager, she was fine to deal with. However, the woman who did my hair sat there, looked me straight in the eyes and ignored me - did not even apologize. Sloppy work and sorry service.

Laura was my barber at my latest visit, and i wanted to take a moment to say she did an exceptional job, very thorough, professional, and friendly. I always have a great experience at this Great clips location, but Laura gave me my best haircut yet :)

I have been going to this location since the month they opened. Unless things change, I will not be back. I understood COVID, I understand employee shortages, but their appointment system is way off. Today I checked in online and it states 18 minutes. 20 minutes later when I arrive, I am number #5 on the list still and the wait clock tells me 18 minutes to go. I sit down. A man walks in, looks at the screen, and basically says what I just saw for me. The lady behind the desk starts telling him it is what it is when I stood up and told everyone that is exactly what happened to me. In the past year I have had 90-minute waits turn into over 2 hours. This is not a 1-time occurance. As a customer, my time is valuable, and I do not expect to constantly be told a story on my wait time. There are some good people working there and I am certain that I will not be missed and yet I will share my story with anyone that will listen.

They have pretty much always cut my hair the way I want it. No matter where you go to get your hair cut, you will always end up going that one time here or there where you get someone that does it poorly, so I'm not holding the couple of times over the years that it has happened to me here against them. Here's a tip that can help, though, to prevent any problems. If you regularly get the same haircut, they can put the details (like what clipper size, special instructions, etc.) into their system, so they should have a good idea what to do even before sitting you down in the chair. It's nice for me because I always used to forget the clipper size that I liked and would sometimes tell them the wrong thing. You can also sign in with their app to shorten your wait time at the store itself.
