They were prepared for the extra crowd 3 days before the Christmas holiday. Very awesome that all the hobby items are in one isle, isle 4 and to the left! Awesome customer service from the manager and the cashiers!

Customer service at its best. Loved the smiles and acknowledgment upon walking in and even had inquiries answered and suggestions made. Two snaps ??for the extra service in assisting with taking purchased items to my car...ok hands were full. ?Im in awe that customer service still exists.

Store was laid out in a very cluttered orientation. It was like they were trying to fit 2 stores into 1. Staff was friendly but not the most helpful.

Wasted a 30 minute drive each way because “they’re sorry” they gave me the wrong information about a tool I needed over the phone(because I always call to confirm before making the drive). Literally, the only response was “sorry about that.”
