I visited here for a service. Tracey was my advisor and what a wonderful experience that was. In fact everyone in the office was great. Even the Service manager Ken greeted me. Fantastic service department. Tracey was very honest and straight forward. Got me in and out much faster than I expected. Would recommend Heyward Allen to anyone

I'll keep it to the point. They sold me a 2018 certified pre-owned vehicle with 16 year old tires on it. Never corrected their deceit once we realized it because they marked my tire condition as poor at my first oil change, they actually doubled down and said the tires were "fine" and "looked like maybe the previous owner lived on a gravel road" instead. They were falling apart when our tire guy removed them. Disappointed is an understatement. -- In response to your reply - they were addressed, I have the emails. Which is when I was told the tires were fine and you guys would be doing nothing to replace the 16 year old tires that were marked as poor at my first oil change. I had new tires shortly after that and am just now getting around to leaving a review. So they "definitely were" in bad shape. You guys refused to rotate them from there on because of how bad of shape they were in. Regardless of the depth and tread, your own recommendation and everyone else's is that tires should not be more than 6 years old due to the breakdown of the material. Id think ESPECIALLY on a certified pre owned vehicle this would be taken into account. Piss poor customer service. Even now making excuses. I have only continued service because I do not have time to visit other dealerships and I had already purchased a maintenance package. Don't even get me started on having to force you guys to verify if the alternator replacement I had done was covered under warranty or not (it was). I had to have my husband call you guys to get that taken care of.

Just got my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 from Hayward Allan! The process was effortless thanks to Stephanie's knowledge and non-pressure style of providing me with everything I needed to make a decision. We were one of the lucky ones for we had two amazing sales people working with us!Stephanie was the absolute best. She was not only professional but made it personal. It was like we were friends who hadn’t seen each other in a while which truly helped my 77 year old mother be at ease. She was thorough and extremely patient and understanding as she guided us thru the process and full of knowledge about the car and took care of all of our questions.Marlo was there when Stephanie couldn’t be and he was more than patient in handling things that other departments had been “less than” . He took it upon himself to follow thru on their job in cleaning the car and setting things up for my mother.If you are on the area and are in need of a car, PLEASE do yourself a favor and ask for STEPHANIE AND MARLO.They made the long drive from SC and the two nights in the area worth it.And for the record I wasn’t easy for not only am I very protective of my mother, but am a big on the details. Everything didn’t go as smooth as it should’ve due to other departments not doing their job correctly but STEPHANIE AND MARLO came thru and excelled!I would definitely buy from them again!!!Thank you STEPHANIE AND MARLO for making this experience the best possible for my mother. She’s LOVES her new to her BUICK ENCLAVE!!

The experience I had at this dealership was exceptional! Marlo and his team made it feel like a special and personal and exciting experience. This was my first time upgrading to a more substantial vehicle and trading in an old one and he made it so smooth that the only thing I had to worry about was what Im getting for lunch.

One star is generous . Came here to get my husband’s truck serviced , waited 9 hours , was told what work needed to be done. Told them to do it all , left with what seemed like nothing done . Paid over $1,000 for all work , including brakes , however after leaving and still being able to hear brakes that clearly weren’t serviced , went to another place who said my breaks needed changed badly, so what did I pay for ? What did I sit there for , and when I called for weeks and weeks and left messages for the service department no one ever answered or got back to me , will not be returning wish I could give negative stars

Juan & everyone at the dealership was excellent to deal with. Despite us having to wait on a part to fix a minor issue before we could bring our vehicle home, everyone at the dealership went above & beyond to keep us updated and informed on the situation. I highly recommend this dealership & would do business with them again in a heartbeat!

The experience at this dealership was top tier! Marlo, the salesman, was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time buying a car and he made it so easy and effortless for me! Will 100% be calling Marlo with all of my car needs!!

Ken Evans did an awesome job at keeping us informed about the state of our order and delivered an awesome truck, right on time. The sale went well and the dealership was very professional! Wes Middlebrook has a great crew working for him. Will definitely continue using Heyward Allen in the future.

Wow is all I can say!!!! My wife and I had a great experience here. Ken the sales guy and Chris the sale manager made the deal fun and exciting for us. We traded in our 15 Tahoe for a 18 Suburban. We worked the entire deal over the phone as we live an hour away. All we had to do was test drive and sign. The truck was what they said it was. Give us a few years and we will be looking here first again. Add the service department and Derek to the great team with you guys.

First time buyers beware: I came here while buying my first car because of the good reviews. My salesman Juan was great and didn't pressure me, but I realized later on that the manager lied to me while trying to get me to buy a Nissan Rogue. He told me: "you don't want to run around to other dealerships because each time they run your credit it will hurt your score." Well, when I went to the Nissan dealership, they told me that in Georgia you have a 10 day grace period where you can run your credit an unlimited number of times, and it is only reported as one inquiry on your credit. At Nissan I was offered a much lower APR never felt pressured. I feel that Jon the manager was trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. I would have been locked into a really bad deal if I had listened to him.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS ONE. Terrible experience with misinformation at every step to get you to overpay.1) Quoted me a higher list price (~$2K, but still noticeable) on a car to get me to drive there.2) Told me that they would remove an unnecessary package (~$1.8K) on the car, then added it back in when it came time to pay and the manager wouldn't get rid of it.3) Lied about what the car was selling for in the area (quoting ~$10K higher than the real amount) to make me feel like I was getting a good deal.4) Had an agreement to test drive the car the following weekend, then finish the financing forms. Put a $500 deposit down. Was then asked the next day to come in & sign the forms (without test driving!!!) or they'd sell the car to someone else. Guessing they knew I'd figure out they were quoting me a bad price on it.5) Didn't issue the $500 deposit refund until I called the following week asking for it.Just a bunch of lies and tactics to bully you into a bad deal. Go somewhere else.
