Terrible service from the person in charge of returns named Rachel.
I ordered a tub and shower online and the tub came out in a crash.
When I went to return it, the person in charge named Rachel was more attentive to her phone than to assisting me and told me that I also had to return the shower. I returned home and when I returned with the bathtub she had a very bad attitude.
And he didn't want to give me the new order.
Terrible service.

We have gone here multiple times, and the brick prices are never accurately marked on the items in the garden center (starting in December). Sometimes, the employee will ring up the wrong item and then you will have to go get a price adjustment inside at customer service, but they give it to you on store credit. We were over-charged 11 dollars in December. If the company/store wants to increase the prices, you should be out there changing the tags. We have experienced this multiple times and witnessed other customers buying flowers, etc. experience this. Additionally, like other reviewers, my husband asked for help in store finding an item today that says they have in stock online on a particular aisle, and he was been met with a very unhelpful attitude from in store employees. She told him if he didn't see it, then it meant they didn't have it. And that Lowe's wouldn't have it either. Well guess what, he went to Lowe's and got the item. The most recent good experience I can remember was going to get our Christmas tree. Oh yeah, and the people at self-checkout are generally friendly and helpful.

I would rate it less if it was an option. I have never had such an awful experience buying a washer and dryer in all of my life. Between the 1800 people and the in store employees and the online service I can't tell you just how incompetent most of those employees are. If it could be screwed up they screwed it up. They took a simple transaction and turned it into a 21 day nightmare. I will never purchase another appliance from them again nor will I recommend them for such a thing to anyone.

I asked for help with the grills because I had no idea what to get and Viane walked with me discussing all of my options for over 30 minutes! Even in the burning heat outside, going over every option and taking the time to answer every one of my thousand questions. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was so friendly and had out-of-this-world customer service skills.

Easy to find what you're looking for compared to other stores layouts. But the new drive through fencing is more than annoying. They are Home Depot, need to come up with a better solution to deter thrift.

came for some siding and couldnt find. asked an associate and without looking told me they were out of it. I found in the rack after about 5 minutes of looking. when you care about your customers it is easier to find items.
