Easy to navigate through the store. Not very helpful employees but that's not unusual except on really slow days.Good store and inventory otherwise. Nice visit.

It depends on what you need. I had 3 employees in the plumbing section spend 2 hours trying to make sure I got what I needed. They were awesome. But this is the second time that I have ordered a major appliance (a washer and then a dishwasher) and ordered services to have the old appliances removed and the new ones installed and it hasn't happened. Both times, they have come up with a small excuse for a problem that we could have fixed in about 5 minutes, and they flatly refused to do the work even after we fixed their complaint. I'll go there for repair supplies, but I'll never again buy a major appliance there.

If you need to add insulation, talk to Ralph at the pro desk.We increased our insulation to R49 across the house and R60 over the bonus room. Ralph set us up the week before with guidance that helped assure once we were ready to start blowing the insulation, we were all set.

We had a lot of fun. The store is set up very well, with everything well organized and well stocked. There was a really cute section for decorations and we were able to find what we needed to repaint our kitchen and then go look at decorations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our shopping experience.

Came in on a Monday afternoon. It was not busy. Ask customer service to overhead page me some help in a department. They never did and ignored me while I was standing a few feet from them. It was at that moment I was reminded why I typically use Lowes. They lost a $600 sale.

Had to go get screws to put on table legs because they were lost in the move. One of the guys in hardware was able to help me out very quickly. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with exactly what I needed.

Home depot website says this location has pickup trucks available to rent. Called the store and was told they have pickup trucks available to rent, first come first serve. Got to the store and was told no, actually they don't have trucks, it's all through Penske which requires a reservation and is more expensive than the Home Depot truck I'd planned to rent. Like it's fine if you don't have them, but correct the page for this location on the website and make sure accurate information is given by phone. My entire day is off schedule now because I have to wait to pick up a reserved truck somewhere else.

In my experience, the warranty guarantee offered by Home Depot means absolutely nothing.Through Home Depot, I purchased non-clog gutters for my home, with the stated 20-year guarantee that should they ever clog, Home Depot would clean them for free. Well, they are clogged.I went to the local Home Depot to find out how to take advance of this guarantee and staff initially said they no longer sold gutters. Upon further investigation, the best they could do was to give me a phone number to contact. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to get in touch with Home Depot's warranty subsidiary. They took my information and pledged to have an adjuster call me; no adjuster ever called. I repeated the complete process with the warranty subsidiary two additional times and still have not had any type of action from the adjusted.I believe Home Depot's supposed warranty guarantee process is specifically designed to completely frustrate the customer into simply giving up. I have reached out the Better Business Bureau for assistance. If there was a Google Review less than one star, I would certainly select it.Based upon my experience, a Home Depot warranty guarantee isn't worth a bucket of warm spit.

Pick up here sucks. Placed my order days ago and have been waiting 45 minutes. Still isn't even loaded on a cart inside. HOME DEPOT. What is the point of providing pick up if your customers have to wait an hour bc it hasn't even been pulled yet!? Pick up gets a 0/10

Good for accomplishing many household projects at a reasonable cost. Don’t count on the staff to always be helpful or knowledgeable though.

Checking out prices on outbuildings please for Cochran Creek Fall Trailhead & Sycamore Tree looked wonderful this need to keep it up in Dawson County Ga. And donations to the cause would be appreciated. Dawn Cochran Hunt also has an account at United Community Bank named Cochran Creek Cemetery.

July 2023 - 1 starAisles are still so full it is hard to move a cart.NO HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I had to pull a toilet off a stack by myself because the only workers were small women who couldn't lift anything.Self check was the worst.Worker was walking around in the way the entire time while shopping for shoes on her phone. Exit is blocked when last register is occupied.Jun 2023 - 2 starsUpdate: the store was an absolute mess. Got stuck on several different aisles because of pallets in the way.April 2023 - 4 starsHelpful staff getting tile from high shelf and loading pallet in truck.

It's a home depot able to get what I needed. Be nice if there was some standardizing locations for stuff.
