Do not ever go through these people. Half of them don’t know that they’re talking about. You are better off going though a local tax preparer, online with freetaxpayer(it’s actually free), even turbo tax is better. This was the worst experience. Y’all, please don’t be an idiot like I was, they overcharge and under deliver. I promise it’s not hard to do your own taxes. Especially not with websites like those I mentioned. Catherine gave me so much incorrect information, the receptionist will cut you off thinking she knows what you need while you’re trying to tell her what you need. Messaging them? Oh, don’t worry. They will ignore if you say you’re frustrated with the process. I paid $400 for them to not help me. I will be physically going there though because this is my money that I am owed and this crappy company is a rip off.
