Had an appointment with Mike at 5pm. Arrived on time and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Would not recommend this location nor Mike.

Do not recommend. They do not know tax laws. I have been better off going to the library and getting a paper form and doing it myself for free, or filing with credit karma now under cash app which gives me audit protection and is free. I have been doing my own taxes for quite some time and had an odd instance come up and ended up coming to the answer myself while talking to them on the phone. They were not any help and I would be very hesitant and would not trust them to do my taxes accurately, since it seems they do not have much knowledge on the matter.

If I could do no star, I would. This was the worse experience! Don't go there. The front receptionist was great, very professional and nice. After that, the experience went downhill fast. I had waited for approximately 30 minutes, when a family arrived, keep that in mind. The tax preparer came from the back looked over my printed return and told me to send him my w-2. He said that he was still working with another client but he would be with me as soon as he could. Sounds good so far right? So I tried to email him my w-2 so that I would be prepared when he called me next, because I was next in line. After about another 20 minutes, he finishes working with the other client, he approaches me and say he didn't receive my w2. I said okay I'll try sending it again. Keep in mind, it's my turn now. He said well since you haven't sent your w-2 I'll have to go on to the next people. I said are you serious? You see I have all of my tax papers here, by the time we walk to your cubicle, I can hit the send button again and hopefully it'll be there. Well he proceeds to go on and on about needing the W-2, reading through my printed, already filed income tax. He read off all of my personal information in front of everyone in the front office, never taking me into a cubicle. My dependents, my gross, my filing status everything!!! etc... Not once did he offer me privacy to discuss my taxes. He read off all of my information line by line in front of everyone. I felt awful and mistreated. Please save your time and don't go here. I guess he has his picks of people he want to help and I wasn't his pick today. You just can't go through life treating people any kind of way.

We had a really terrible experience here. We waited 45 min past our appointment time. My husband had to correct several errors the accountant had made which would have caused us to owe about two thousand dollars more in taxes than we should have.The price they charged us for their service was extremely expensive. More than I’ve ever heard of anyone paying to have their taxes done. Will never use this company again. I would give zero stars if I could.
