The customer service is amazing! everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful.
The office is super clean and convenient. I was able to upload my documents and make an appointment with no wait time. Thank you Mrs.Dawn and your staff for the wonderful customer service I received ⭐️ 😄

I’ve tried to work with someone at the Hog Mountain address in Watkinsville for five years and it started out good the first year but the person doing taxes there has become to VERY UNRELIABLE. They file an extension every year. They are only open one day a week for six hours. They canceled our appointment twice this month to start our taxes. I will never give them my business again. IM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE as soon as I get my documents back. (when ever that will be) I suggest you find a different location or company. ?

They charged me way to much! I could barely understand my tax person because of a language barrier. I am just appalled, and it is totally preposterous to charge me $500 dollars for less than an hour that it took Nalini to file my taxes for me. This day in age its about money and time but my point is I had prepared everything and I definitely did not take hardly any of your time. I will never come back to H\\u0026R Block. In two years you people have stollen over a thousand dollars from me. Enough is enough!

I'm not sure if I will have taxable income by then, or if I can file for stimulus payments then, but if I do I'm totally using these guys Ron was so knowledgeable and helpful from the phone call I made and helping me in the office.
