“I cannot go on enough about how Joana has helped me. I went to the T Mobile store in Commerce to switch my entire family's phones over from AT&T. The process was a nightmare. The lady put us on individual plans instead of a family plan, did not tell us we were still going to have to pay for one of the phones after telling us we would not, took literally 4.5 hours in store, and we still had to set up our own phones. We knew something was very wrong when our first bill was over 2 times what it should have been. We went to this corporate store in Athens. Keep in mind, this store would get $0.00 for helping us as the commission went to the person who royally messed our stuff up initially. Joana went out of her way to find every possible way to help us along with her manager. We ended up having to go to the store 4 times in total just for her to help us fix what the other T mobile store messed up. She spent so much time, broke down all the numbers, and truly went above and beyond for my family. I cannot go on enough about the customer service actions throughout this. We are so thankful and will make sure that all of our T Mobile business moving forward is with this store.”
