Full disclosure I only had a phone consultation. They charge $395 for an estimate which I am fine with BUT they don't come to your house first. I understand that they have this process down BUT the consumer doesn't. I am removing a wall and need to reconfigure my entire kitchen and really just don't know do I need a new fridge or oven or are we moving them? How many cabinets will I have yada yada. Secondly she quoted over the phone to me $50K right off the bat. It makes NO financial sense to invest 50K in this particular house. No matter the upgrades I wouldn't make THAT much money back in the sale anytime soon. I have a healthy budget for this project but I feel to spout off that kind of price without understanding the project or the home value was a little amateur. Now if that is just their way of pushing away jobs under $50K so they can cherry pick the high dollar projects I get it.

I met John and Vicky about a year ago now and they have been fantastic to work with. If you're looking for a locally owned small business that provides fantastic customer care and does a phenomenal job at a reasonable price then you've found your company. These days, it's getting tougher and tougher to find reliable locally owned companies you can trust. JD's Kitchen and Bath is awesome!!

Just got off the phone with this store looking for a houseful of items and was told that they could tell from my comments that I was not high end enough to to business with them. Guess an $800,000 house is beneath them ! WOW ! Guess the building business has REALLY picked up!
