"There room for improvement".... for anyone at anything. But not with them.... from my experiences with Jackson Hewitt THEY UNDERSTOOD THEY ASSIGNMENT in and out simple prep help. No complaints here I recommend them✊?

The location on Google is NOT CORRECT. It is in the Publix parking lot on Barnett shoals on the other side of Athens!! Be aware.

My experience with JH has been great the past two years! This year I went to the Barnett Shoals location, and my tax preparer was amazing. She was friendly, informative, and was well educated on everything she helped me with. At one point there was a glitch in the system, and she went out of her way for probably an hour to go back through everything by hand twice until the issue was resolved. 10/10 recommend!

I don't know what the deal is but I had an 11 am appointment today and I show up 10 minutes early and there is a padlock on the door and nobody would answer the phone!!! Great service!!! Smh
