I needed my old Seiko’s battery replaced, specialty tools and a rare battery, Ed had both and had my watch ticking and set to the month/day in less than 5 minutes. “I was recommended to T.K. Anderson for my engagement ring purchase and I have been incredibly pleased with my decision to work with Wes. Due to my work schedule, he made time outside of hours for my initial appointment. Coming in with a rough idea for a ring, and an admittedly very low knowledge of engagement rings or fine jewelry in general, Wes was able to quickly interpret my ideas and add small, positive tweaks and advice on how it could become a ring my fiancé and I would both love. His knowledge and passion for his craft showed through as he educated me on diamonds. “I love this little kiosk. It is positioned between Kay Jewelers and Continental Jewelers so they are the little guy between two big jewellery stores, but they stand out. They have a beautiful variety of earrings, rings, pendants, charms, chains, and other little treasures that are primarily silver (as in the name) along with a wide variety of stones. The staff here are very friendly and patient (it took me probably close to 45 minutes to pick out a ring and they were still very friendly and understanding). The items I've purchased from here are beautiful, and they were very affordably priced. There is also no pressure from the staff like with many other jewellery stores. I had an enjoyable time shopping here and look forward to shopping here again :)”
“Anything I buy at Community becomes the absolute favorite I own and use regularly. The selection at Community is curated and exclusive, so I can always count on finding something one of a kind. For example, I bought a stunning bag here, created by a local brand Marlene, that was designed and made from up-cycled material. The bar for what I keep in my closet has been raised much higher ever since. I’ve gotten rid of many other bags because my Marlene is so stylish and versatile, I hardly use much else anymore. I value being environmentally conscious when I shop, and Community does this in strides: they sell timeless designs not based on fast trends, they sell and create with natural fabric, they sell products made by local artists, they upscale the design and durability of secondhand clothes, and they provide services to alter and maintain clothes we already own and love. Usually I shop at affordable thrift stores, but it has been worth far more to save and buy a few things at Community than to buy higher quantity of subpar quality elsewhere. Community has inspired me to further discover my personal style and elevate my palette for quality clothing, accessories, and even pieces for my home. I never regret money spent here.”
